Only improvement I can think of would be a washing machine

Perfect spot! It's about 4km from town and right on the waterfront. The road to town is very quiet in October, safe for walking/biking and is BEAUTIFUL. They have free bikes you can use - a bit janky, but they're free and the roads are flat. Good selection of facilities - we made pasta and sat sipping wine which was lovely! Friendly host, easy to find everything we needed. You can swim right outside, but it was a bit colder when we were there.

Beautiful view from the room, with a clean and cozy atmosphere. The owner is friendly, and there's a lovely cat that is always around the accommodation.

We didn't cook our own meals, but wanted to make a quick lunch. Our host kindly have us some plates and cutlery, but we had to ask. So no big deal just not automatically placed in your room so if you are planning to prepare your own meals this might not be the best option.

Great view of the bay of Kotor with loungers to bathe in the sun! There is a private beach right across the road as well. Very good restaurants within walking distance as well and the old town about 30 min walk.

I loved the location of Accommodation Tomcuk, which was a few kilometres out of Kotor, and just across a quiet road from the sea. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The hosts were extremely helpful in finding me a taxi to the bus station, which I really appreciated. I absolutely recommend a stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view from our room was stunning. A perfect little swim spot is literally at the front of the property, and there’s a lovely terrace with sun lounges and umbrellas. The host was so kind and offered us a welcome drink on arrival, and took care of a load of washing for us (for 5 euro). We loved using the free bikes to cycle into the old town (takes about 15 mins). The spot is so relaxing and wonderful - we would love to come back again. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

The room were outstanding, offering more than everything you could need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen appliances. The location was peaceful with a great view, and there are several restaurants and a small market nearby. The balcony alone makes it worth staying there. Highly recommended!

THE BEST ACCOMODATION. We loved our stay - even extended for a night. Access to bikes were great so you could explore around the Bay. You have access to a beach right on your door step with an outdoor shower. Host was so so lovely. Couldn't recommend this place more :)

A better door for the bathroom but otherwise fantastic! A real jewel and amazing value!

Absolutely the highlight of our trip. Amazing spot on the bay for people watching and swimming - when we arrived we were welcomed warmly and the host and housekeeper were so kind. Being able to use the bikes was awesome, and made it far easier to access the city while staying away the hustle and noise. The street is very calm in the evening with food shops within walking distance and we were able to relax and unwind.

This is an amazing place on earth. Location and the view are simply breathtaking. The owner made us feel welcomed. After travelling around Montenegro this was our last and best stop. Highly recommended. A good option is to rent a bike (free) to get to the old town quicker.

The place is in front of the sea, in a silent part of the Kotor. The owner was very helpful and made everything easy for us. Our room was the standard one but even if it was we could find what we needed.

The location is a positive and negative to the property, on one hand it is quiet and beautiful over looking the water and on the other it is a bit far from old town, in peak season the traffic is bad so getting a taxi can be difficult, however they have many bicycles to use for free. There are many restaurants and a shop close by though. Boat was very nice, room was clean and good value for money
