The balcony was not private and I feel like the room was advertised to have a private balcony. It was just a room with a balcony in the hallway. Also the private beach was never talked about or shown, that was very confusing. I only stayed for one night but there was never enough toilet paper in the shared bathroom.

The location was great, the air conditioning was great and the beds were really comfortable!! The staff were super nice!

I lost my pair of boots at the entrance of the house, no one got responsability for that. The kitchen is not a kitchen, there was no sink, a simple eletric oven and a dridge. The communication was unclear about the place, we took longer than expected because the description of the guesthouse entrance was not stated, if I didn´t have mobile connection, would be even harder to find it.

We informed the owner beforhand about our arrival time. Once we arrived, we called her and she told us that she had no place left and that we could go somewhere else. We told her that we did the reservation via booking and that she accepted it and that she also knew about our arrival time. It was only when we threatened her to call the police that she accepted to come and get us. BUT she didn't place her at her place but somewhere else. The other place was aweful, with a very bad smell and bad quality. But as we had nowhere else to go, we still had no choice but to stay. To sum it up : the owner was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. It's the first time in my life that I experience someone suddenly telling me there is no place once I arrived at the appartment, even though we agreed upon everything beforehands. Please be careful with this person.

People were very nice and welcoming. The AC worked like a charm and the bed was alright.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the place standard as it didn't match the standard showed in the photos. The bathroom that you can see in the pictures is not the same bathroom that you will use! It's a completely different bathroom. The worst part about the bathroom was the smell of urine in the evening when people were starting to take showers. In the daytime it wasn't bad, but when people were taking showers the smell was awful. I think it could be the humidity that was causing it to get really intense (there is a urinal in the bathroom). The balcony in the photos looks cozy and we were looking forward to chill there (on photos there is a table, chairs and even some plants). In reality, our part of balcony was totally empty (the balcony is shared with the other room btw, so there is no privacy) and we needed to take out the chairs from the room if we wanted to sit there. The room in the pictures also had more decorations and was in general more cozy and taken care of than in reality (there was tablecloth that had stains and was old; there was a hairband behind one of the chairs which indicates that it was not cleaned well). The washing machine is there to use but for 6-7€- you should include this information in the description. The host was nice, the location was good but that's it. :( We were really excited about visiting this place and it was the biggest disappointment in our whole trip. I wouldn't recommend.

The city center was pretty close (15-20 min by walk).

Zajednicko kupatilo, ali moram da naglasim da je uvek bilo cisto i uredno. Cistacice su se postarale da u svakom trenutku bude cisto.

Sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Domacini su jako prijatni i za sve izadju u susret. Sve je jako cisto i uredno. Apartmani poseduju svoj parking. Svaki put kada je neko blokirao parking domacini su pomogli. Jako prijatno iskustvo definitivno preporuka svakom!

The accommodation was very nice - the terrace of the room had a beautiful view and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The location of the accommodation is good. Very close are the minivans that drive to Velika plaža, and also Mala plaza is about 15 minutes walk away. Also, the accommodation has its own private beach. All recommendations.

The room and everything was exactly as the photos. The view from the balcony was amazing and gave us amazing vibes. The place was in the city center which is very convinient as there are facilities very near it in waking distance. Dona and her family was really welcoming and made us feel great during our stay. They provided us with everything we needed. I will definitely visit the house again and recommend it to everyone who drops in Ulcinj for 1 or more nights. Dona upgraded us to a room with AC, which was not booked from us, and this made our vacation even more relaxing and nice. This is a 10/10 place to stay!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Pushime shume te këndshme te kaluara fale mikpritjes se ngrohte nga Dona dhe familja e saj, gjithçka shkoi faktastik. There is only a shared bathroom and the shared „kitchen“ is only an electrical cooking plate. Not usefully for cooking. In the room is a bin missing.
