The room has a tiny kitchen and a bathroom but for the non spending time at home people it wasn't a problem. Be prepared for the noise till 1 a.m. And of course the stairs - fitness is every day.

The room was comfy and clean. It had a big balcony with a beautiful view. The location is wonderful, all that you need is near by. An amazing beach and sea.

Hosts are really welcoming and nice. Accommodation is really close to the beach and everything is close. Room was clean and most of the stuff is new. Room and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

The bathroom was small

The location was perfect, so close to the beach! The apartment was spacious, the balcony was big too

Like everyone else on here says, the balcony, the view… the location is perfect for food, right on the beach, shops all close by… bus stop and train only 5-10 min walk But most of all the hosts make your stay smooth, very helpful and warm people It was my mothers first birthday anniversary since she left this world and the owner gave me a bottle of red wine that he grew himself, a nice touch, thank you!

There are exactly 111 stairs from the coast to the apartment. It was not fun climbing those stairs 3-4 times a day. Some of the essential stuff was missing. There was a drying rack for clothes, but no clothespins (it was very windy). I was expecting at least soap and a sponge for the dishes (since there is a kitchen at the property) but there were no cleaning products at all. There was a broom to sweep the floors with, but no dustpan.

The apartment is pretty high so the view to the sea was not obstructed by anything, not even the rooftops of the buildings in the first row by the coast. It was amazing to sit on the balcony, doing whatever, in the morning and at sunset.

Only downside was that there are so many stairs to the apartment from the beach... Apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the building but to get to the building from the beach there are like 5 floors of stairs... (Majority of the buildings that are next to the beach face the same problem) That's the only thing i didn't like. Everything else was perfect.

Apartment was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Perfect view from balcony. Private parking is available. Tv with cable channels and strong wi-fi in apartment.

Ko nije spreman da podnese izuzetno glasnu muziku do 1h posle ponoci neka dobro razmisli. Bilo bi dobro ubaciti jos par sitnica u kuhinju, kao i kukice za stvari u kupatilu.

Plaza je zaista blizu, kao i setaliste i svi ostali sadrzaji. Parking ispred smestaja. Pogled sa terase je razlog da uzmete ovaj smestaj.

Parking is kind of rough due to the traffic. The owners however makes every concession possible to make it as easy as possible. There was nothing bad I can say.

This location did not provide breakfast but there is an amazing Pizzaria right down the street on the strip. Amazing view of the beach from the balcony, I haven't had this much rest in forever. The owners are amazing, friendly, helpful and made my stay feel like home.

The area is densely built and the houses are close to each other. If a noisy company is resting on a neighboring balcony, then it will be heard by everyone around.

Great location of the guest house in relation to the train station and bus station. The walk will take 5-7 minutes. A breathtaking view from the balcony, if you have a room with a sea view, then you are provided with magnificent sunsets and a view right from the bed. Clean beach with loungers near the hotel, many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Very nice hosts who did their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

Very nice room with sea view very close to the beach. All basic equipment in the kitchen corner. Host helpful, no problem with early check in or late check out and transfer from airport. Changing towels and room cleaning on demand . We were after season so some restaurant were closed. Anyway I hardly recommend IZWAR restaurant with local dishes and awesome octopus. Bus stop and local market 300 meters from apartment. It is perfect place for spend few days .

We had booked a room for 2 nights, and the booking was confirmed. However, when we arrived at the property, there was no room available. The owners told us to look elsewhere. This irresponsible behavior caused us stress as we had to find new accommodation after a long journey to Sutomore. They hadn't sent us any message to inform us beforehand. If you are looking for reliable accommodation, please consider other options.

The state of the bathroom was not good - leaking shower and mold.

Good communication with the owners. Totally shocking price for being 100m from the sea and restaurants. Close to bus/train stop as well. Nice terrace, even thoigh we were on the ground floor so no view. Clean, good sized bed and towels.
