Very friendly host, very accommodating as well. The apartment is excellent. Very good and hot shower. Also a good location close by the city center. I would recommend this place!

This housing unit has a slightly odd vibe. On one hand, it's one of the best residential units—great, clean, and well-equipped. On the other hand, the owners' extreme thriftiness, bordering on unpleasant stinginess, contrasts sharply with the unit's quality. As mentioned in previous reviews regarding this apartment, instead of proper toiletries, you'll mostly find lefstovers from previous tenants. The kitchen is bare—no coffee, nothing, but again food leftovers of other tentans. Weird. While it’s their prerogative to manage the property this way, it’s puzzling why they leave remnants of past tenants. someone need to tell the owners that this is not substitute for proper hosting... In summary, it's an excellent place to stay. Just bring your own toiletries, coffee, and essentials with you, and dispose of any leftovers you find. Without these quirks, this place would easily deserve a 10, but unfortunately, this is not the situation.

Couldn't ask for better, honestly amazing for the price paid. The owners are a gem, the apartment is huge and has everything needed for a great stay. Just a 10 minute walk to the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the bus station. Don't hesitate, you won't find better in Niksic.

We enjoyed our stay, would have spent another night but was already reserved, would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very welcoming, kitchen and bathroom facilities available to use...terrace on the verandah as well as a larger one in the backyard..

I would recommend the owners to install an airconditioning unit in the bedroom. Today, there is only 1 airconditioning unit and it is in the living room, which makes it difficult to cool down the temperature in the bedroom.

We were here during transit. The owner was very nice and helpful. There is a supermarket, a cafe, a bakery and a very good local small restaurant close to the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We spent a pleasant evening here.

The hosts are just lovely, open, welcoming people. They waited on the property premises at the agreed time. Very professional, spot clean, and great location, and very responsive.

The matress of the double bed was a bit hard, but there were single beds to sleep in. In the kitchen you only have cold water, but the bathroom is nearby so you can prewash the dishes there. If a kettle and scissors will be added that would be great, however we did not ask for such.

Fast internet, very spacious apartment, supernice hosts that were very responsive. Good area on walking distance from grocery stores (150 meter) and city center (10 minute walk). The apartment is newly renovated with a spacious shower, new kitchenware and nice decorations. We felt like home. Our 2 dogs were also welcome.

The eletric water heater was swizched off, there was no warm water in the evening, just next morning. It was uncomfortable after a day long travel in a hot day with a family. The second (main) bedroom opens from the other one. No shelf to put personal stuff in the bathroom. A microwave owen for quickly warming drinks at night or a pan for making a hot breakfast would have been useful.

The apartman is brand new, clean and almost ready. The hosts very friendly and helpful. City centre is in a 10 minutes walk distance in very green streets.

Used soap and other accesories in bathroom, bathroom did not feel very clean. Parking in front of the house, but no fence.

Nice host, who also gave us gifts they make themselves. Big apartment, walking distance to the city center.
