Sofa bed in living room was uncomfortable to sleep on due to a sagging mattress. Also there were no hooks in entryway to hang our clothes

Location is perfect, with spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Staff is helpful, buffet breakfast provides filling meal. Spa area is good enough, one of the pools is suitable for little children. All pools are very warm, sauna is hot and pleasant. Near the spa area there is playing room with staff, where you can leave child free of charge.

We went during the off-season in March and still the Spa area was crowded, we couldn't enjoy it properly as there were kids running around, etc. And if the hotel is full, the SPA access would feel more chaotic.

Excellent stay, with some amazing sea views! Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. Rooms were also very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about the location, the scenery, the rooms, the toilets was clean, the free sauna and pool , the gym was beautiful and OMG, the staffs were very lovely. We travelled from the Uk and had no plug, the staffs charged our phones and gave us 2 spare charger. It was beautiful overall

The only thing we didn't like was that you could not get a couples massage together, you had to go 1 by 1. Since it was a S.Valentines trip we would like to have the possibility

The service was amazing, the whole staff is friendly and very very helpful. The waiters at the restaurant were so active and amazing. The hotel was nice and comfortable. The food exceptional.

Unfortunately the facilities in the spa didn’t work properly,it was crowded in the spa all the time we’ve been there ,the changing room is very small Our room was in the other building, it wasn’t convenient to come back to the room after the spa in the rainy season

I'm local but never been there till now. Will come back for sure. Us locals can be very proud that we have such an amazing place in our town. Pool, sauna, jakuzzi were perfect. Every corner of the place is clean, breakfast was the best I've ever had (and I've been everywhere really haha). I fully recommend this place no matter where are you from.

We stayed at the hotel for my wife's birthday. The hotel is simply amazing!!! This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Large and spacious rooms, huge bed, modern and comfortable bathroom, large balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel employees are kind and welcoming, always willing to help. The hotel has a spa, jacuzzi, sauna and salt room. The breakfast is excellent and even the restaurant in the hotel. We had an outstanding experience! Highly recommend staying at this hotel

The bed in one of the bedrooms in the 3-room apartment was too short. My hight is 1.54cm but my feet were not fully on the bed when I lay down🙄
