Owner was very careful and attentive. Location is excellent neighbor to Cat Museum of old town. There were so many tools in bathroom and kitchen for guests.

A little hard to find as Kotor is labrynthine. It's through the same doors as the Cat Museum. Once you spot the terrace from the pictures, you'll see the guest house sign hanging up high. A woman from a local gift shop personally left her shop open and escorted me through the lanes right to the door!

The host, Vesna, was lovely and very kindhearted, making sure I was comfortable. It was nice knowing someone was going that extra mile in hospitality.

The only problem I can think of is that the only room option to book is "Double or Twin Room" and you don't really know which one you're getting until you get there. We tried to contact the property months before our stay asking for the double room but still got the twin room once we got there.

This place is really nice and the lady who operates the guesthouse is lovely, even though she doesn't speak too much English she always does her best to communicate with the guests and accommodate all that they need. The location is absolutely amazing, being in a small square in the middle of the historical city which means you get the best possible access to all the attractions/restaurants nearby but it is still very quiet at night.

Amazing lovely hosts, we were taken care of in a heartwarming manner. The room in the guesthouse is clean and cozy. Guesthouse is located at perfect spot in the centre of the old town.

Excellent location and wonderful host! We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed the balcony. The host is super kind and helpful. She gave us delicious figs as a welcome treat. The apartment is clean and has all amenities needed for a short stay in Kotor. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in the center of Stari Grad. Easy to find because it's above the Cat Museum. The guest house has a lovely small terrace, perfect for evening wine with a view of the small trg and the top of the hill with Sveti Ivan fortress. All basic stuff needed for a short trip are there. Good value for little money. I recommend :)

we had to wait over an hour for check in, couldn’t contact anyone and even though the announced the time of our arrival, no one was there. turned out they had a keybox for self checking but they didn’t tell us. also we were not informed about the terrible parking situation and ended up paying almost 15€ for public parking (when later we learned there would have been the possibility to park for free at a family property)

the lady taking care turned out to be very nice and helpful (want her fault we couldn’t check in) and she provided extra ventilator. also the location is wonderful in a courtyard that belonged to an old monastery and had Ava. 500 year old tree in the middle providing shadow and a wonderful atmosphere

Getting a hold of someone when I arrive at the property to check-in, no one was in or responsive to message/calls. Exiting the room made a loud sound which definitely would of disturbed people in the next room.

Nikoleta's mother is very friendly and offers various snacks/drinks. A very quick and easy check-in process too. A fan was provided during hot weather but at times that wasn't enough.

The apartment is a bit outdated but it didn't affect our comfort.

The location is perfect, right in the center. Great value for money. The bathroom was shared but we didn't find any issue with it. The host was very friendly and kindly offered us a snack for breakfast.
