If you lack experience driving narrow and steep hills, it's tough to reach.

From the top of the mountain, the apartment has a stunning view of the sea. The terrace is large and very spacious. Private parking is available. The host was both welcoming and communicative.

Ana is a fabulous host. The apartment is great value for money and the sea view was beautiful to wake upto each day. Free and good WiFi. Free parking onsite which gave us peace of mind for our vehicle. I would recommend car hire for this location.

Great view, great location if you have a car… just 5-6 minutes to Jazz beach via car and 10-12 minutes to Budva old town also 20 minutes to Kotor old town. It is a middle point to both locaiton. Anna is a lovely person to help to you, thanks a lot. If I will come to Montenegro, I can prefer to stay same hotel because it is a equlibrium between price and performance

Good location, comfortable, nice apartment. There is nice restaurant in walking distance, the beach and a good supermarket is only a short drive. The hosts are beneficent fairies, invisible but they are always there when you need help.

The view is gorgeous! You absolutely need a car to hang around the city, otherwise it's hard to travel. Market & beach are nearby. Jaz Beach is the best option for swimming.

Fantastic place! Quiet area but only a few minutes by car from the center of Budva and the beach. Amazing view of the Adriatic! Spacious and comfortable apartment. Very nice and helpful hostess. All this at a very attractive price! Highly recommended!!!

As it was up a hill and the main road didn't have a pavement, a car or taxis were necessary all the time.

We loved everything, but the ride up the hill can be quite steep (that is the price you pay for the views)

The view is beautiful, there is a really big balcony with the apartment, the rooms are big and comfortable, but maybe the best is that the hosts are really really nice as well! They love animals, our two Belgian shepherds were welcomed here. When we had problems with the coffee machine they came and just gave us a new one almost immediately, they offered us watermelons almost every day, which was just out of their kindness. All in all this was one of the best stays I have experienced, it was very good value for money and we felt really welcomed here! We can whole heartedly recommend the place, thank you very much for the amazing holiday!

Most amazing view and hosts. The host family were extremely helpful and friendly, from providing us with transport options to printing tickets that we needed for the bus. The view was incredible!! Accomodation was very clean, great kitchen area and aircon. Jaz beach was also accessible. The location is a bit far from town, so a car would be recommended. However taxi was very easy to organise (VIP Taxi)!

Everything was fine

I have stayed in different apartments but is one is incredibly incredible. The view from top is breathtaking. I was at the third floor and my window covered the mountain and the sea which is one of the best view you can get. This location is bit outer to the centre but much better than the crowded city. I will definitely prefer this location again even though it’s a bit outer as it is a worth stay. The host is so helpful and very friendly they tried their best to help and warned about the scams as well. If you are looking for a stay at budva go for this without a second thought.

This was one of the best apartments I’ve been to, close to the beach. With its stunning views and tidy rooms and it also has a spacious balcony, the ac here makes the apartment cold with an ac in every room, highly recommended.

The place is great and it has a stunning view! We stayed there for 2 nights and were very impressed by this location and the host. The rooms are clear and equiped with all necessary to have a pleasant stay. The place is very close to Jaz Beach (reachable by car in 5 minutes). Also you can get to the city center in 10 - 15 minutes by car. Good to know: there are private parking spots provided by the host!
