Excellent accommodation and the peace you need. We were welcomed by a fantastic girl Sofia, very positive and pleasant, talking to her you can feel the positive energy in this hotel. On the roof you have a restaurant, a swimming pool (very clean and tidy) as well as the rest of the hotel, of course. The hotel staff really provided a high level of service, the food was excellent. The best beaches in the region are not far away.

Everything was perfect. We stayed at the suite with the pool which was altogether great experience especially with the kids. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and full of varieties. Location is in vicinity of long sandy beach ( 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes walking). The service was also great. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Ulcinj area.

Staff was ready to serve vegan food for breakfast and dinner. They offered to make vegan breakfast specifically for us. The food was delicious. The room was nice and clean.

Our only complaint is breakfast, it was very poor with little options for different dietary requirements plus given the breakfast area is not air conditioned it would be good to have the dairy and other perishable goods placed in the fridge. It would be great if the breakfast offered improved!

The property is nice and clean and the location is fine as long as you have a car to get to the beach (in general in this area it's recommended to rent a car). The staff were helpful and kind. The room was fine and not too small but don't expect amazing views. The terrace and pool on the roof are a great bonus!

The staff at the reservation was not really helpful, our messages that we have sent prior to our arrival war apparently not even read, our credit card was charged before the arrival, however it was stated that we can pay in cash at the premises, and we preparing for that and brought the money. The couch, on which to of our kids were supposed to sleep on was so broken, that it was impossible to use.

The property felt fresh and well-maintained, with everything being spotlessly clean, which added to its welcoming atmosphere. - there has been some minor shortcomings, but you have to accept it when coming to Montenegro:) - for this price level (>200€ per night) I’d be expecting coffee from coffee machine during breakfasts (now you have to pay for it extra)

- Exceptional breakfasts! - classy decoration - helpful and kind personnel! - spacious apartment with high sealing (at least those with swimming pools)

Safe , clean and well-maintened place to stay. Friendly hostess. The restaurant was open for breakfast only due to the low season but there are many dinner places nearby reachable by car. 10 mins drive to the kitesurfing beach. Breakfast: food portion was good enough to start the day. Beverages ( instant coffee, teas, cheap juices) can be improved.

It was off season and a lot was closed, including the restaurant on site. for the price I understand its a room with a pool in it but it was still to pricey for that. Not sure what they could do do about that at the hotel. It was quite a walk from restaurants and even further from the beach. Maybe during the season its a lot easier to manage.

We had the room with the pool in it, which is a fun concept and party space. The staff was nice and building is great. Room was comfortable!
