Nothing. The only thing is be prepared for two flights of stairs if you have heavy luggage. Not a problem, but be aware.

We had a very comfortable stay in this luxurious apartment! So modern, spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The view was sublime and our host was very helpful with advice and recommendations. I could even use his washing machine to do a few loads of washing for my family. Dobrota was a wonderful little town, close to, but also away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor, but with a beautiful promenade to stroll along, with many cafes and restaurants.

We used the accommodation for 14 nights. We have been to the Adriatic several times and this accommodation was one of the best. The reality is even better than the pictures. The owners are very nice and accommodating people. Immediately upon arrival, they explained everything we needed for our stay. If we needed anything, they were immediately available. We had secured parking for our car right in front of the house. Every morning we had beach chairs and umbrellas ready right in front of our accommodation on the private beach. We could use everything for free. We were very happy to use the opportunity to borrow free beach towels that we did not take with us. The accommodation is clean, modern and well equipped. The kitchen is also well equipped. The location of the accommodation is also great. Availability of restaurants, grocery store, bakery, fruit and vegetable market is really close. We fell in love with the beautiful terrace with armchairs and two deckchairs, where we watched the sunset every evening. We will miss the beautiful sea view. We would like to return to Montenegro and get to know this beautiful country more. If the trip goes well, we would definitely like to stay with the nice people in the Maniva penthouse by the sea, where we were very satisfied. Thanks :)

This was the vacation house we wanted . Everything was very nice . Having a personal terrace with a full Kotor Bay view and the private beach was a luxury. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners were so polite and helpful. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately there was no availability. I recommend to everyone who likes to have his vacation in comfort and peace .

The view was absolutely stunning from the apartment ( Penthouse) which was spacious,clean and very comfortable. You are also welcomed so warmly and the Gentleman made us feel at home. Thank you! The location is also amazing, just outside of Kotor and you have your own beach in front of your apartment! I would recommend this place highly!

Nothing! It was a perfect base for exploring the Kotor bay region.

The property is really spacious and very modern. It’s location just across from a beach is ideal and we swam every day in the crystal clear water. it’s also walking distance from some beautiful restaurants, and a nearby supermarket made it easy to self-cater.

Location is in First row to the bay of Kotor, the pebble beach is right in Front of the House. The host is just awesome, helpful and heartwarming friendly, he also helped bringing our stuff from Appartement into our car. Parking is possible right in front of the house (no private parking, but absolutely no issue, as the parking Space can be Blocked by using a pylon when leaving for some time). The balcony is outstanding, spacious and perfect for relaxing. The Kitchen is fully equipped, incl. Dish washer. Flat was 100% clean. There is nothing to Complain about - recommeding 100%

Dobrota as its best - luxury penthouse stay at the sea. I have several times been in Dobrota, this stay was the best. High quality architecture and design. Very comfortable. All, really all facilities that you need or want. Technical equipment of highest standard. Quality consumables in suffficient quantity for the stay. Private parking slot in front of the house. Internet without complaints. Cleanliness as rarely seen. Terrasse with sea view, exactly as on the photos, shadowed, very comfortable also at evening for sitting outside. Don't expect a party around, Dobrota is extremely silent, clean, to relax in nature at the beautiful Boka Kotorska. Have a swim in the morning before breakfast if you wish, directly at the house. Bakery and grill 8 min walking works 24/7, food shop 7 min walking, good restaurants all around. We really liked the stay. - And not to forget the owner and his family. Hospitality as you wish to find.

ı think i dont prefer there, never ever never because we broked a table lamb and daved information than they took 100 hundred euros for a table lamb, you can find it max 20 euros in all markets. they are malicious people and i dont offer this place. i m adding the lamb photp, too
