1. Kitchen too small for 3 people, but enough equipped. 2. Bathroom can be bigger. 3. No washing machine but for 5 eu you request.

Very polite owner, perfect location, parking was ok- can be better,wifi was good. Room was comfortable. Best part is view from balcony.

The great thing about this apartment is location because of its easy connection to city like Tivat; Kotor is just behind and also there is a ferry like 400m from apartment so you can cross to other side and check out other side (Herceg Novi, Bijela, Porto Novi). I'll add also prices of transport: There's a bus literally stopping next to facility and its 1 euro to get to Tivat, like i said Kotor is in other direction and its 1,50 euro. The ferry is 15 euros for car and free if you're going by foot. Taxi for Tivat is about 10 euros or less. For Kotor is more like 30 or less if he turns on taximeter and you should always go by taximeter because if you ask for fixed price, they can rip you off. The owner of the facility is very friendly and he's there to help you if you need. For its price, apartment is great. Its very peaceful to sleep there. There's also like a private sector of beach that's used by few people that own houses in the small area and its 10 meters from this one. There are deck chairs and parasols for people to use and its very clean. I would just add that if you have fragile feet, it can be difficult to get into or out of sea because of its rocks. I would also want to grade their food. The breakfast is amazing and I suggest to book with it, but if not, you can pay extra. You get a big wooden circle, like a cutting board and there's everything a person needs, from protein to sweets. There's also a option for a dinner and I tried meat and its great. I'm not exaggerating by saying this, its really that good. Also when you're dining, you have a great view of the sea and its very pleasant to wake up there and relax, eat or what ever you do. The cleanliness of rooms is unexpectedly clean. In rooms you have everything you need for your stay and there's not much to say about this. There's a girl that's helping clean the apartment and she's very kind and helpful.

Very calm area and amazing mountain views with beach. Great location, there is a bus stop nearby and ferry to the other side of the Kotor bay.

the rooms are smaller than I would have liked, but nothing essential was missing

the location and the view are the strong points of this place. even if you don't have a room with a view, you can still enjoy it from the garden.

Not really a dislike but mind you, it gets pretty windy in the evening so guests should ensure they take their laundry,/clothes off the balcony in the evening

Perfect location with the view worth every penny. Very good breakfast in the garden and tasty home cooked dinner that can be ordered.

Maki and his family are great hosts, friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the garden with amazing view and great food is a fabulous experience. Beach with crystal clear water is right in front of the house. Very quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a relaxed holiday

Location is a bit far from Tivat as there’s not pavement all the way Apartment wasn’t cleaned during the 7 days

A very poor light in the bathroom for women using make up its a problem. Kitchen dishes wasn't clean needed to be washed before using.
