Beautiful boutique room in Perast, with an amazing view to the bay. The antithesis of bombastic hotel which is perfect and romantic. Marko the host is a local guy. He is very kind, responsive and helpful with tips and explanations.

Visiting out of season. We did not appreciate how busy Perast has become on the Bay of Kotor. Although motor traffic is limited to local residents between April and October, immediately across the road by the apartment is the boarding area for coach parties who are led in crowds on foot from the car park some 200 metres away. Your view in season for most of the day has a foreground of parties boarding and alighting from boats conveying them to and from the island. Most are clearly from the cruise ships which arrive daily at Kotor. Whereas this can be entertaining, once you have seen a couple of these groups, it can detract from what would otherwise be a peaceful scene. Thunderstorms can be more common in the Autumn! We were soaked a couple of times!

Breakfast easily obtained at nearby restaurant (50 metres) which had special price for Palace Jelena guests. View across the bay is outstanding from the balcony towards Verige narrows and Isle of Our Lady of the Rock. beautifully appointed apartment! Good selection of nearby restaurants.

Fabulous location and beautiful views across Kotor Bay. Hotel is charming and spotless. Zelka and Marco, the hosts are amazing and so helpful with any information you need and nothing is too much trouble. A perfect place to stay in Perast with lots of restaurants and boat tours within easy walking distance. I will never forget waking up to such amazing views from the hotel room every morning.

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. The hospitality was immaculate, the facilities stunning, and the surroundings; gorgeous! Marko and his wife are two of the kindest and most helpful people I've ever met.

First of all - Marko is an AMAZING host. My spouse and I arrived one day early due to a planning error on our own part; Marko was extremely accommodating and helpful in trying to find us somewhere to stay for that first night (his hotel was fully booked at the time). It seems he's close friends with every single person in Perast, and in the end he found us a place to stay for the night (mind you, at a perfectly fair and reasonable price). Throughout our stay Marko and his wife were incredibly attentive to our every need, and gave us valuable and in-depth information about everything there is to do in and around Perast. The room we stayed in was spacious, quiet, super clean, and comfortably cool due to the AC. The view of the bay and the little harbor was fantastic too. Absolutely spectacular service; we cannot recommend it enough. 10/10!

Not much, maybe the lack of balcony but we already knew that when we booked the room (there's a room with a balcony but it was already booked).

The room was cosy and warm, and the hosts were extremely welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Cleanness was at the highest level, and the bathroom is spacious. The view from the room is lovely. The location is excellent, located just on the main street next to the sea, relatively close to the parking outside of the city (the parking on the way to Risan).

Everything was perfect!

Size, only four exceptional rooms , beautiful baths, in renovated small palazzo. Fabulous air conditioning during a heat wave, right on the water. Gracious hosts Marco and his wife. Quiet!

The accommodation was in the most perfect location over looking Boka Bay and the Lady of the Rock. It was central to all the restaurants, bars and close the the beach and boat tours. The host was fabulous and the communication was great. The air-conditioned room was nice to come home to in the heat the day. If in Perast I recommend staying at this cosy little spot.

Excellent location, sea is right in front of the building, and a restaurant with great food at the ground floor. Room is spacious, clean, new, nicely decorated, with beautiful old pieces of furniture. Wifi is great. Staff is super kind and helpful, they can also help you with the sightseeing.

We stayed in the balcony room for 5 night stay. It was very spacious with a huge bathroom as well. Fabulous location on the esplanade looking over the harbour. Lots of restaurants and great to be away from the kotor cruise ship crowds but easy to get to for a visit. We swam daily at the pirates beach area. Water was Devine.

The only issue is parking in Perast; you basically have two options: - park for free along the main road and walk a long time to reach Palace Jelena (if possible, choose to park on the North side of the village as it is much closer from Palace Jelena than the south side). - Park on the designated parking lots located at each entrance of the village and pay a significant amount of money to some parking "officials" who doesn't seem to be that much official...

Very nice and charming rooms with a stunning view on Kotor Bay, located right on the harbour with all restaurants just nearby. The host was very welcoming. Difficult not to fall in love with the place.
