Ultimate location and view in an old building with character. Reataurant overlooking the main beach and the coast was great, good food, and relatively attentive waiter. Great air conditioning and WiFi. The suite we booked was spacious. Good communication from the reception prior to arrival. Breakfast ok.

The only way up is by walking up a flight of stairs but that’s Europe in general! be prepared to walk up with luggages!

For us, perfect location! Take into consideration: you have to walk about 5 min to the nearest beach or parking, but you walk among narrow cobbled stone streets, feels like Italy :) The staff helps with all the luggage with a mini golf cart 😀 Ladies, leave your heels at home 😉 You are away from the havok of the town (5 min away), still enjoying a lot of amazing restaurants nearby, but the one at the location - Miguel de Cervantes is one of the best! The staff is amazing, ready to help with a smile; Always clean; A day at the pool is a must; Wonderful breakfast and goooood coffee In the summer night, at the restaurant, nice live music;

Beach street (Mala Plaza) is noisy from 9pm to 1am and the noise from the bars also reaches rooms of Hotel Palata Venezia. While the hotel itself is excellent, it cannot be fully recommended for people valuing good night's sleep.

Palata Venezia an exceptional hotel with beautiful surroundings, kind and helpful staff and great location in the Ulcinj old town. Our suite was large and well cleaned. Breakfast was also very good. Only 10 minute walk to the beach.

You can't get there by car but there are golf carts and similar smaller vechiles that the staff has avaliable for luggage (which they will bring to your room for you). However, if you're not a fan of walking and heights, this is not the place for you. You will miss out on a lot though.

Staff and owner are amazing. Very friendly and most of the staff speak English and/or German besidrs the local languages. The hotel and its views are picturesque. One of the most unique places I have ever stayed in, especially on the Balkans. Well worth the price.

Loved the location! We were greeted at the city gate to carry us plus our bags in a golf cart to the property, and offered a welcome drink! Breakfast was very good and especially lovely setting to enjoy it.

Poor breakfast.

Hotel in the old town, very pretty, nicely restored with a small but clean swimming pool. Everything was great except the breakfast - it was not up to the standard of the place (poor selection and products of not the highest quality). In a hotel like this I would expect sth way better - with better breakfast I would give 10/10. But still a very nice place to stay in Ulcij.

It was extremely noisy but this is an area that is rife with nightlife so this is not really something that could be helped.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful. They took our bags up themselves and sat us down with a welcome cocktail. We ate at the restaurant that evening and the food was wonderful! The view was captivating and everyone was extremely helpful. They showed us where we needed to park and had a lovely young man come and get us in a golf cart.

Due to the old nature of the town the bathroom would get a bit smelly (a bit of a fishy smell). We just poured water down the drain and it solved the problem, but be aware the rooms are a little on the older side.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with showing us where to park and providing free transportation from our vehicle to the hotel. The facilities (pool, restaurant and rooms) were wonderful and clean with a beautiful view. We had a very relaxing time there. We would return again!
