The view from the balcony was spectacular. The restaurant below had a guitar player each night we stayed and we enjoyed atmosphere it provided. The beds were very comfortable.

The aircon did not work when we were there and an intermittent aircon which didnt work well was there. I guess it will be fixed soon. There is a large shared terasse but we would have preferred a smaller perhaps more private terasse.

Great location close to the waterfront in an old stone building in Perast. The flat is newly renovated but not particularly cosy. The location, and the size of the beds is a big plus (large beds for long people).

I spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. A very comfortable place with great sea view and excellent location. A quiet place, which was important for me since I worked during my stay. David is a super-friendly, attentive host.

Absolutely great location and a price for 2 persons was really low for that location. Great views. David was very kind and he helped us with parking and taking our laggage to the apartment. Apartment was big, we had: - big, well equipped bathroom - bedroom with huge bed - living room with great equipped kitchen Whole apartment was very clean, air condition was working really well and we had great views from window. We recommend staying there. HVALA DAVID.

Just needs some updating on furniture and decor. As well as needs new shower. But overall I am very happy with property and especially host.

The property is located in beautiful location. The view from the window is wonderful. Host very friendly and helpful. They washed our dirty clothing which was helpful. Unfortunately there is no parking but the town is very old and small and it's difficult with parking overall. The small streets are not made for cars. Similar to Venice. Kitchen was well equipped in the apartment.

The high score does NOT represent this establishment. Signage to the apartment could be better. The apartment felt like living in my grandma’s house. Random children’s beddings with sheets that were also kid-sized. Mattresses one on top of the other. No plug next to the bed. Random shampoos left in the bathroom together with cleaning products(?) and mismatched towels the colour of mud! The windows are very high so you can’t even enjoy the view unless you’re standing at the window. Finally, and most importantly, we booked because of the fantastic comments on the politeness of the hosts. Although the host was responsive and polite via messages, we arrived late 11.30pm and his father greeted us. He asked us to pay in CASH which is not mentioned anywhere in the booking site. He also wanted to take our passports although I said I can send photos in the morning as we were exhausted, which he refused. Finally, he told us twice that check-out is at 10am. Although I understand this is the policy, from a human perspective, someone has told you they drove so many hours, waited for another 3 at the borders, it’s almost midnight and they are exhausted that you can’t even be a little flexible with timing although you live right above is not what I consider a hospitable host. Beyond the view this is an expensive grandmas home that you’ll have to pay cash for. NOT recommended and I don’t understand how it has this score.

Great location right in front of the water and right next to restaurants and shops. The apartment is big and clean. Parking in the town is not allowed during the summer, but we parked outside for free and it’s only a 5minute walk.

No view. No balcony. Distance from the car.

This place has nothing to do with 4stars (****). It is mostly a house with diferent rooms most of them dont ha ve any view to the sea. They showed us a room with "balcony" where you can stand and smoke if you need and ask for additional mony. At the site of booking there is nothing about the fact that you have to park your car out of the city. 350 m to walk to the appartment. Davids fater and mother run the place are very nice and wellcoming.

We unfortunately chose the attic room which doesn’t have windows except skylights so it was very dark. The other rooms are no doubt lovely! Beds have very soft foam toppers.

A beautifully restored stone house near the waterfront. The owners are lovely and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking simple meals. The apartment was clean, quiet, and location is great. It was cold when we were there and David kindly brought us a portable heater.
