Excellent staff, comfortable room with stellar view, good restaurant on site with a great patio to enjoy the weather, and close to markets, deli options, and all town amenities. Clean, quiet, and peaceful. One of my favorite hotels.

Staff at the restaurant with extremely poor English skills, and not helpful. Very poor options for breakfast when you can not have gluten and lactose.

AMAZING. We loved this hotel. I will always recommend it. The food is great. The views are beautiful - rooms overlooking the water and some yachts. They had no problems with my small dog and I even took her to breakfast with me - which also was very tasty and had a big choice. The staff was very kind and relaxed. This is one of the best and nicest places I have stayed.

- we were traveling in winter and the air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms in our room; - the furniture and furnishings of the hotel are no longer the freshest: the chair is loose, there are chips in many places of the furniture; - the hotel is located on the embankment, in the pedestrian zone, from the free parking you will need to walk about 200-300 meters.

- convenient location on the main promenade of Tivat, within walking distance from the luxurious Porto Montenegro quarter; our room had a magnificent view of the embankment and the bay; - delicious breakfasts, as well as a good restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel; - helpful staff; - clean rooms.

It would be great if the hotel had a SAP center, but my stay was very nice even without it.

The location is right on the dock. The room had a view of the walking area and the sea. The room was spacious, with a fridge and everything needed. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and pleasant.

There were a few small issues during my stay which was not tbe fault of the hotel staff. Water issue on first night which turned out to be a general problem in the area. Difficult in regulating temperature, particularly with bathroom towel rack.

A beautiful location on a pedestrian only promenade right on the sea. Reception was very helpful in reserving a taxi to the airport at a fair price. Room was modest but location and staff made this a 10.

The shwer cabin was overflowing making a pool of water on the bathroom floor. Hope it can be fixed.

I asked the hotel to provide a quiet room. The room faced the mountains oppsite to the sea front. It was quiet and nice. Breakfast was delicious with local buns, pies, fried eggs and generous lumps of bacon! Wifi in the room was good enough to use WhatsApp telephony.

Location is spot on. On the shoreline, fabulous views. You can sit outside for a drink and watch the world go by. Our room was at the back, but very generously sized. Front rooms are smaller.

There was no complimentary water provided in the room.

The hotel was very clean and centrally located; we explored all of Porto Montenegro on foot. We mentioned that we were a honeymoon couple, and they made a small but thoughtful gesture by preparing a fresh fruit plate for us. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bosko and Zlatinka! Cotton buds and makeup removal pads were provided in the room. The room could be locked from the inside, which added to our comfort. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh, with different dishes offered each day.
