Rather steep slope or set of stairs to enter the hotel but a minor point. Would have liked a kettle in the room but again a minor point.

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable. Nice sitting out area and swimming pool. Amazing views Room was a decent size and plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bathroom excellent as was the shower. Couldn’t really fault anything. Breakfast had everything you needed plus an excellent freshly made omelette every day.

If I had to be nit picky - the TVs on the walls can be very loud, and our neighbours woke us up several times in the early morning as you can hear them through the walls. Also, the hotel won't serve food after breakfast until 3, but won't let you eat outside snacks unless you're in your room - just a bit frustrating if you fancy a snack between 12-3!

The hotel itself was great. Very new and built to a very good spec. Great security features, comfortable furnishings and all amenities were fab. The location is UNREAL. The views of the bay are unrivalled, if you want the views? Pick this hotel. The staff are some of the best I have ever encountered at a hotel. Catered to everything you could possibly want or need, looked after you at every moment and even on our minimoon, they organised prosecco, rose petals and muffins! Nikola - you are a credit to the hotel, thank you for everything! The pool is cold but great, there's a few seats around the pool and on the rooftop if wanted, and the hotel also provide towels if you want to take some to the beach. It's just under an hour walk to Kotor old town, or a 10 ISH minute taxi, depending on traffic. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough, thank you for making our minimoon so special!

The breakfast was great. But lunch and dinner have room for improvement. But this should take NOTHING away from this lovely boutique hotel.

Literally EVERYTHING. Exceptional location with a picture perfect view, amazing friendly helpful staff, spotless clean facilities, new quiet but very close to downtown neighbourhood, nice jacuzzi with the mesmerising view of the bay of Kotor. I will absolutely visit again should I be in Kotor in the future.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The design is modern and stylish, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The infinity view is absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. On top of that, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

It is on a main road. You cannot hear this in the room, but can hear when relaxing by the pool.

The "room" for the third person when booking the apartment unit is very small and separate from the main room. It is across the hall from the main room and is simply a room with a bed and desk in it.

Beautiful Hotel, with a great view overlooking the water. Local bus fetches you a few metres away from the hotel which is a bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Parking is a bit strange - a few (4) places in front of the hotel (hard to turn southbound). A few more parking places require a very steep driveway (and parking....) The pool is a bit small (8.5m), and opens only 11am.

The staff goes above and beyond in trying to help. The room and the shower were excellent, everything is in new condition. Location is as expected - a short drive from Kotor center, a short walk from an "unrecognized" beach and a short drive from a "recognized" beach. Breakfast was excellent - many options beyond eggs and coffee - also pastries, yogurts, fruit, and many more. Infinity pool is impressive

Music by the pool was a bit too loud. Very weird that the tv speaker is located in the bathroom instead of by the tv 😅

They provided us with a bottle of champagne and a glass of white wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Very peaceful, not crowded by the pool or restaurant. Very helpful staff. Clean. Amazing view

For those who like a pitch black room, be aware. Light entered from the bathroom window which you could see in the bedroom as the bathroom was all glass. Also, there is an emergency light above the door that we could not shut off. If you like a dark room, be aware of these aspects.
