The views the facilities the rooms everything about the hotel was perfect. Especially the roof top terrace. Tamara in particular was fantastic in making sure we had all the information we needed to have a leisurely stay.

The hotel is brand new! All the facilities are new and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We used the jacuzzi on the roof top and it was well prepared by the hotel staff. The hotel restaurant offers a good variety of dishes but also you can easily walk along the sea front and discover many local restaurants.

bed sheet were scratchy not enough lounge chairs by pool not all rooms have the same view (there is a road between the hotel and bay front) suggestion for rooftop: if the jacuzzi is booked, perhaps 1/2 of the rooftop can be sectioned off to keep the view private. We booked the jacuzzi and Prosecco for an hour but there was a lady who sat right in front of our view. We didn’t mind too much but there is enough room on the rooftop to enhance the experience

drinks and food seems exaggeratingly expensive. for example a little bottle of wine from the mini bar is sold 8.5 euros, you can find the same at the local supermarkets for 1.5-2 euro..

Dinner at the hotel was overpriced for the standard of the food.

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean with great views of the mountains and water. Staff were hospitable and happy to help with and questions. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel was quiet and often meant we had the lovely pool and surrounding area to ourselves! Whilst not in the centre of the Kotor, we loved the location and the tranquil 40 mins walk into the Old Town.

New, beautiful furnished, small and cozy with all one may need. We were feeling all the time like at home, because of the care the staff was permanently giving. We would come back.

No coffee machine, water, or tea kettle. For the amount payed we would expect these things to be available in the room. (although when we asked the receptionist they gave us the hotel's kettle and 2 tea bags so we can make our own tea). No iron, we had to pay the hotel to iron our clothes. The pool was very cold.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They would always ask if we needed any assistance. They also helped in booking a boat tour for us. Amazing view and good location.

there was no negative point. Everything was more then 4 star rated it could be a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is brand new and have a modern luxury design and also super clean. You can see that the owner had thought of every detail. A major plus is also the friendly and high quality staff. Especially the host Kristina she is just wonderful and do everything with full 100% to give the client the most comfortable and excellent service. Will definitely recommend this to everyone to book here I sure do for the next time.

Absolutely amazing hotel, great view and location (between Kotor and Perast). I was so positively surprised, and my room had a direct entrance to the pool! How convenient! Staff was great and the premises shining.

The hotel is located in one of the most wonderful places in Bay of Kotor. The room was sparkless clean and had everything we needed with balcony and spectacular views on Bay of Kotor, we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was so delicious and the rastaurant very well equiped. The pool and the seating area were also very nice to enjoy.But the most important thing it's the staff at the hotel that took very good care of us. They are so welcoming, friendly and kind, they fulfill all of our needs and made us feel like we are at home. So thank you for the wonderfull stay and we will come again for sure.
