Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I specifically searched for a hotel with parking. It says it has parking, but if you want to risk your car while parking in a building on a very steep hill and in under construction stage with no light and very limited space, then go ahead! They you mention, they keep saying that they have parking. It must be a joke 😳

There was only one option for breakfast (either omelette or pancakes/croissant varieties) you can only choose one and they serve orange juice and coffee with it. Frankly, it never met my expectations among the hotels that have been shown as "breakfast included" so far. The interior of the room is old (including furniture and bathroom)
Since it is in the old city center, it is in a very central location and easy to reach everywhere.

There is no one at the reception, check-in was made 1 day later. Breakfast is included, but we left early to check out, the restaurant is closed at 07:30 and there is no one there.

Contact with hotel via booking.com was non existent. To be fair they did have a WhatsApp number but for some reason I couldn't reach via that platform. It made checking in difficult, but was overcome. Breakfast is only with one cup of coffee (no facility in room to make more).
Staff, location, room. Would definitely recommend and return.

we weren’t allowed o pay by card. Room was super tiny so was the bathroom. There was no shower door so it got al messy when taking a shower.

The furniture is very old and the hotel was cold. One of the rooms didn’t have a working heater. The shower doesn’t have a curtain so the whole bathroom floods when showering.
Location is great. Bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty. It was very old. There is no elevator, you have to take your luggage’s up a narrow staircase to the room. There was a hair inside the minibar. It was a nightmare.

The property denied receipt of my booking, did not allow me to stay, charged me for my “stay”. I contacted Booking.com the next day and “customer service” told me to take it up with the property. Don’t stay here.

The pictures show a really nice place, the reality was a different thing. We had a 3 bed room and we were in the 4th floor. There was no lift, but that was ok. The room had no place to walk around. The ceiling was very low, so we had to bend over all the time. There was a tv that was both on the ceiling and on the floor, and behind a pillar, perfect, we were not there to watch tv. The toilet was usable if you sat, if stood up you hit the ceiling. It was basically an attic. Do not recommend.

All I didn't like Room is old and they don't have lift, the stairs is killing if you bring big luggage, and there is no place for you to keep your lugage in the reception The staff wow very lazy, even they didn't help us to bring our lugage, they only watch and smoking, my room is very small and bathroom is problem

The location was very good. The staff seemed to be indifferent and certainly not friendly. They were unable to tell us the breakfast hours or check out . Had the staff been friendly I might hav had a different outlook. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Breakfast wad excellent, people who work there including the owner were amazing, everyone and everything was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was tiny, no TV, not much soundproofing (the property houses a busy restaurant downstairs). There was no hairdryer and it was much need for it rained heavily that day. I found it difficult to find the property - there are no proper signs for the hotel and only by the name of the restaurant I could finally find it. I went into the restaurant to ask where the reception of the hotel was. This lady came forward and led me in saying the entrance is actually on the side but again, having some signs seen from the square would have been helpful. It is quite noisy from the outside (the restaurant goers) and from the inside (restaurant staff working downstairs as everything is connected by one staircase).
The location is good (old town) and the price is cheaper from what you'd usually pay in very overpriced Kotor. About 15 minute walk away from the bus station, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, old town is right there with its cafes and restaurants.
