Everything is fine, Ivan is very nice man, apartments is near the beach and bus station. Very comfortable.

It's not exatcly did not like, it's some small points to improve - bigger size towels and a glass door instead of the curtain in the shower could make the stay even more comfortable. Also may be a small table in the kitchen, the one on the terrace is great, but in the winter it's not allways comfortable to eat outside...

Very nice place and the host is just fantastic! Ivan is so friendly and nice! The appartment is just as on the photos, cristal clean, in the kitchen all you may need, very comfortable beds. 10 minutes walking to the sea and promenad area and the old town, 5 minutes to the main street with shoping center and supermarkets. We enjoied our stay very much! Just to pay attention, it's 4th floor without elevator, for us it was not problem at all!

Everything was perfect!

After staying at the wonderful Regent Hotel in Tivat, Ivan kindly came for us and checked us in even three hours earlier. Very great location, spotless clean and every detail was simply perfect. A top notch apartment. We know where we'll be staying next time we visit Budva!

When you see the house in which the apartment is for the first time, you are surprised at first because it looks very old and in need of renovation. But the apartment is the complete opposite, all newly renovated and very nicely furnished. So in the end it's not really a problem.

Ivan was a very nice host. Always answered and helped us immediately when we had questions. The following can be said about the apartment: It is very nice and modern, the terrace is also super nice. There were two of us, the apartment was ideal for us in terms of size and sleeping options. The air conditioning also worked great and the apartment had everything you needed (kitchen utensils, towels, toilet paper, Zewa, etc.) The location was very good, after about 15 minutes you were right in the old town and in 10 minutes you were on the beach. Can only recommend Ivan and his apartment.

First of all, I would like to point out that Ivan is a real great host. He will come in person to explain everything to you and guide you in the apartment. He also explain us how to get to Old Town or tell where we can find supermarket/reastaurants. Concerning the apartment, it is amazing, modern, cosy and so clean. Balkony offering fabulous view of Budva.

The apartment was cool, apparently no one had lived before us for some time. After a few days this problem was solved. Apart from the floors, the floors remained very cold. I don't think it's relevant for warm weather. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. If you have limited mobility or are traveling with a baby stroller, this can be an unpleasant surprise.

The owner is a very nice person and helped with many little things. The apartments had everything you need. Wonderful view of the city and mountains. Very cozy terrace.

The apartment was perfect and incredibly clean, in a great location. Amazing host and very responsive to all our requirements. Property is very clean, close to center, stores, Malls, beaches and also is very quiet and safe place. We loved absolutely everything. For sure we will visit again!!!

The flat is very good and the host is very nice. He reminded me that the shops will be closing on Sundays and told me about a festival and I had fun there. He also left tasty fruit as a gift, it made my stay much better. The apartment is very comfortable, I enjoyed staying there

The apartment is newly renovated, the host is very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk away from the city centre. There is also public parking available next to building which was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was on January . This is cold month. For your understanding: my conditioner was turned on almost all time, besides time when I wasn’t there and it was cold. The reasons of it 2: 1) last floor ( cold from the roof); 2) big windows. It’s like loggia . And the wind is going through them. It was very uncomfortable. Last floor and there is no any lift . If u are going with children, this is not your choice. Payment only cash ;(

Budva is small city, at all. But location is very good. As for me the building is awful from outside, but inside, pretty good. Small flat wish good design. Very kindly staff.

Nice location. A short walk to the beach, supermarket and the restaurants. You have everything that you need in a short distance. The apartment was modern and clean. Very good isolation, did not hear much noise from outside. Good and helpfull communication with host, quick replay.
