They had a party till 01:00. They only told us about it after we made the reservations and could not cancel. We couldn’t sleep.

It‘s probably famous for events so it was very noisy (with earplugs no problem) and the shower gel or soap was empty

The Hotel is very nice, with a beautiful garden, a clean room and a lovely restaurant, where you can sit outside and enjoy a good salad or a pizza.

Pool is tiny...But all in all excellent value for money

Very comfortable rooms; clean, spacious and great showers. Garden restaurant is great for families with good menu and huge playground for the kids.

In the attached event centre there was a wedding (only until 6pm so that was perfectly fine) however, some attendants apparently had too much to drink and started a fight. Of course that's not the fault of the hotel, but we (and the family's kids living there) didn't feel quite safe. In the end nothing happened and the staff was very friendly to explain that it was just a few dudes drinking too much. The city itself is ok-ish - not really a lot to see there :)

The room was very traditional (but still modern) so it had a local vibe that was cool! Bathroom was very nice and modern, AC worked, all good!

Biker friendly, great parking options. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel like at home and treated royally. The location was perfect for me to break a road-trip. The food at the restaurant was great: fresh ingredients and traditional cuisine, really homey. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choice and quality.

1. we planned to stay 2 nights and after arrival we have decided to stay only for 1 night. We didn't leave at the day of arrival only because it was already late and we were tired. we booked villa with 3 bedrooms. It is 4 starts hotel and the conditions and facility are very far from being 4 stars hotel. very disappointing and do not recommend to stay there. 2. there was cold outside (11 C degree outside) when we arrived. we got the key to villa when we entered we realized that heating was not on. We have complained that villa is very cold and it is impossible to stay there. The answer was that " the heating season didn't start yet". The owner (or manager) didn't care. after complain the manager bring small electric heater. We rent 3 bedroom villa as we needed 3 separate bedrooms and we got only 2 electric heaters. At the beginning the manager said that we can all sleep in one bedroom. I asked him if he is joking as I didn't rent and pay for villa to slip in 5 people in one room. He didn't care, it is cold . There was air condition on ground floor but not on the upper floor (where all bedrooms were. First time I had to use cold bedrooms and cold bathrooms 3. Facility is much worse than on the pictures on booking.com. It seems like not fully finished family house. There were half used coca cola in fridge and orange juice. In the sink there was not cleaned cutlery. very odd that it was not clean before we have arrived. Facility is full of dangerous elements and not finished elements (electric cables from walls; no handrail on stairs). 4. I believe there is a mold on the wall so staying there is dangerous for the health . The wall next to and below the bathroom on upper floor is colorful however it is visible that dark stains (spots) are not the color, but it is mold.

Lady at the reception in the night of arrival was nice and tried to be helpful . We have ordered soups for the supper and it was tasty.

- The Villa was a bit in the back, so at least it's quiet but might be a hassle when you have lots of stuff - I think they should mention that dogs were present around the villa (in case the guests were afraid) - The house was too "plain", it didnt feel homey and they need to up the cleaning, it looked like someone was living here (some stuff left in the fridge).

Location was spacipus, enough places for everyone (5 of us). Personal were super friendly and acommodating. For one night it was okay. Price of food was good. There are two toilets which is good if you have more people.

The hotel is also an event centre. We were messaged by the hotel on the day of arrival that there would be a wedding that night and the music will be till midnight. I was embarrassed to enter wearing shorts and sandals and a backpack during the wedding ceremony in the front garden. The music and fireworks were not part of our plan. I would have appreciated a message when we booked the accommodation 6 weeks before so we would have had time to change our plans if needed.

The room is large and clean. Bathroom was modern. Enough parking spaces since we came by car.
