If kitchen facility is provided，it would be more perfect

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Saki apartment and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and help from the Saki family, which set the tone for my entire stay. The room itself was a cozy haven, boasting a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom equipped with all the amenities one could need. One of the highlights of the apartment was quite close to the restaurants and local supermarkets, which seems like you were living in a safe and familiar home. The location may be a few steps away from the center of Budva but it’s worthwhile to take your time walk through the streets and enjoy the peace of the Budva. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It's a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

When we made the reservation on Booking usually we get a message with instructions, greetings and question about the time of arriving. This time nothing. I wrote to the owner that we will be there late and if that will be a problem. And he only answered please knock on the the door of the reception. The end. When we arrived we had problems with finding the hotel but I called and came one boy and It was ok. Other problem was the internet, somehow in Montenegro the mobile internet even with roaming was not working at all. And so was the internet in the hotel. We did not get at the evening info about password and there was no info in the room. The next day the lady at the reception gave it to us but there was actually no internet. The next issiu the room which we booked was not like the pictures at all.

The location was ok, if you like to take walks and sightseeing it was very nice. Not far away from the beach and from the old town - around 15-20 min walk. The lady at the reception was absolutely perfekt, very kind, very helpful- 10/10. There was table with two chairs outside the room with view to the garden - as well very nice.

We didn’t had enough facilities like no shower gel was provided. Also the washroom door had no lock. Wifi connection was not that great.

Location was good, apartment was also fine, balcony and the view from balcony was good. For one night stay, it was worth the money! We also had a parking facility available and that was helpful.

Great hospitality, very welcoming. The room was spacious, AC helped us stay cozy in winter. Nice view from the balcony and a lot of sunshine in the morning.

Everything was a bit shady. The lady was not spending English very well. We booked the place because of the jacuzzi and in booking was showing that it is working. However when we were there the host said that is not available. They offered us the pool (which is on the street) but the water was very cold. The kitchen was very poorly equipped and the chairs on the balcony were broken.They didn't even had a big bed linen, so they but 2 small that were moving all over the place. In general for that money we should've booked something else.

The family stayed up to welcome us with a glass of raki. They were very kind and helpful with recommendations and had a great sense of humour particularly if you like Life of Brian! Great parking outside the property and just a 5 minute walk into town.

The room we first got the a/c was not working, so we had to carry our bags to another room. there is no elevator. Also we had to pay in cash, pay by card was not an option. Wi-Fi did not connect when in the room even at the balcony, was a struggle sometimes.

Certain aspects came across as a bit cheap.The bathroom was small and poorly organized with nowhere to put your shampoo in the shower. Strangely, shampoo is not provided. Bear in mind that the hot water tank is rather small. The queen-sized mattress was very uncomfortable. They didn't use queen-sized sheets, but used 2 bottom single sheets horizontally. The 2 single upper sheets were placed under the bedspread for you to make the rest of the bed. My pillow case had a hole big enough to put my thumb through. There are many, many lights, and it is enough light, despite almost 1/2 not working, with the bedside lights and the one on the make-up table not even connected, which would have been nice. For the 2 of us, we were provided 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for 2 days, not each, total. So if you want to swim, I suggest bringing a beach towel.

It is an excellent choice for a nice, low-cost vacation, particularly for a couple with 1 or 2 small children and/or a pet. The non-smoking room is quite spacious and it was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling, with absolutely no smell of cigarettes or pets. My rather allergic husband had no problems. An ashtray was provided outside for smokers. And there was a small refrigerator. It has a real queen-sized bed, not 2 twins pushed together. And there is an outlet on both sides of it. The room has a view of the mountains around Budva. The pool is clean and small, but great as a plunge pool or for kids. On another terrace there are lounge chairs for sunbathing or socializing. There was also a dart board. The owner couldn't have been nicer. The location was quiet, with several restaurants and 2 small markets within easy walking distance. There was space for 4 cars in their covered parking area in front.

It was very dirty and noisy. There are no shower curtains, so water is splashing absolutely everywhere and then it starts leaking beneath the door into the room. Basically flooding. All the installations in the room were lose or not fitted correctly.

I guess location was not bad. And you get parking spot.

Absolulately enjoyed my stay at Saki Apartments! It's the best for the solo travellers, as you dont feel alone. The host were very friendly and made it feel like a home. Always ready to help and plan your trip good. You can play games like chess, play with the cats, they have beautiful jacuzzii , pool and saunaa for you to just relaxx! I will definately recommend to stay in Saki Apartments, when in Budvaa! Enjoyed my stay at Saki! ☺️♥️
