Everything is excellent, the rooms, the staff, clean, everything that needs 5* hotel. Only about the indoor swimming pool must be someone from the staff that can tell the children not to make so much noise and to play with 🏀

We arrived early morning and very tired after a long trip. Asked for early check in and were ready to pay for it. But the reception was very nice and gave us a room around 12 am with a pool view 😍. All was good , clean , super comfortable bed and nice shower and bathroom.

No kettle in the room, even by request, so no opportunity to make a tea in the evening. The dinner isn't worth the price (additional service).

The hotel is good. Spacious room with a big bed, shower and bathtub. The spa center is quite spacious, with several different saunas and two pools, but not very well organised. The breakfast is wonderful, a lot of options.

we arrived a day late and we engaged them via the platform to communicate but we were told to engaged booking.com meanwhile when we engaged the hotel initially for additional request they responded without asking us to meet the booking.com So instead of 4 nights paid for we were able to stay for 3 nights because we narrowly missed our flight and no one is talking about any refund or something.

The breakfast was pleasant, the ambience was top notch and the staff were very polite and respectful.

The only downside is the water. Separate handles for hot n cold, who do no seem to work properly, so when using the tub shower its either too hot or too cold.

Excellent location, rooms, breakfast. The coffee place at the lobby has perhaps the best chocolate brownie i ate in my entire life. Rooms are spacious, bed is very comfy. Service is at 100%.

Swimming pool was a disappointment, very crowded with lot of non disciplined people and noisy kids.

This is not our first time in Splendid. We like hotel a lot, the room, sea view, hospitality of the staff, food, dinner at the lobby. The location is amazing, close to all attractions.

Great and charming hotel

Worth the five stars. The plaster from wall to wall in the room is prickly so I put socks on all the time but that's the only thing I have to say that everything was perfect The staff is pleasant and patient and does the maximum kindThe food of the room is delicious and inviting and also of the restaurant
