Location is very good - 6-7mins to the Old Town by Taxi. Staff - very kind, especially the tall guy (sorry didnt get his name 🙁) who goes out of his way to instruct bus drivers where we want to be drop off. Thank you Restaurant - was not open I think? Since its not yet in season, only used it for Breakfast Bfast - is okay, good enough, coffee is delicious Good thing the resto just across the hotel is open and really delicious

Very good breakfast, with good variety. The croissants (when available 😊) were excellent. I did not drink but I understand the coffee could be improved. Very good Wi-fi, we were able to watch Netflix on a notebook. Parking space is big welcome given the narrow road that the hotel is on. The hotel is just next to the water, no road in between and the views were spectacular.

It is really far out of Kotor...too far to walk for most and cars are dangerous on the one lane road shared by everything. So there is not much of an easy way to get into town. I drove in very early in the morning and that worked out. Breakfast was not great...could do a bit more there.

Nice hotel for its star level. Pool was closed but pretty. Views are fantastic and it is right on the water with easy swimming access. Restaurant was pretty good, and service was okay for out-of-season. I had a pleasant stay with a nice clean room, parking and no worries.

We came out of season, and the breakfast buffet for hot food could have been refreshed more, but like I said we were there out of season.

The staff were really helpful, so friendly and informative.. it was great value for money, great location, a short bus ride from Kotor Town, and about 8/9 euros in a taxi. Comfortable rooms, really clean. Loved the small pool and sun loungers.

The road from Kotor centre to the hotel is quite dangerous to drive as it is so narrow, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Rooms could be modernised.

The pool and private beach were great. The restaurant was beautiful in the evening, with good food. Quite close to Kotor centre by car.

Some interiors could be updated and some shutters were broken. But all in all, great. Having a car is great because it is not walking distance to town.

The bedroom was a little tied, mainly the en-suite bathroom. But the rest of the hotel made up for this.

May be the location of my room at the side of the hotel, but views were still very good indeed. There were a couple of items that needed repair. Door frame in the bathroom and a damp patch around the air con unit.

The reception staff were more than helpful from start to finish. The location was as I expected, 3.5km from Kotor old town. On the waterside with beach and pool. The food was very good both breakfast and evening meal.

Bedrooms could do with updating, as could the towels. A little remote but that also means it's very quiet for relaxing.

Very relaxing hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room kept really clean. The pool, small beach area and waterfront restaurant tables were excellent. Only ate lunch here which was fantastic value for money. Drinks at a reasonable price.

Amazing location. Close enough to Kotor (10min cab ride) but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The outside of the property is amazing. Private beach and pool and the pier is super nice. Also the rooms are on the older side but we enjoyed it as it was charming.

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was disappointingly small and in need of renovations. One of the main drawbacks was the conventioned restaurant, where the portions served were extremely small for the price paid.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location by the seaside and the presence of a pool made it even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, although the bathroom could have been better. Initially, we encountered a problem with our assigned room due to lingering smoking smells, but the receptionist, Mario, promptly provided us with a new room, which was greatly appreciated. Moreover, the breakfast served was of high quality. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The room photos reflect reality. Despite the rooms being outdated, they are clean and well-maintained. However, there are three simple things that can enhance the room: 1. A basic coffee kit. 2. A smart TV or an expanded international channel selection since there are no English movie or series channels. 3. A modern mattress.

The hotel staff's service was exceptional, especially Mario from the reception department. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's restaurant offered a variety of delightful dishes. The location and the view from the hotel were dreamy.

Our "superior" room was very small with almost nowhere to put anything Fridge switched off when room key removed which is ridiculous!. We'd hoped for a balcony but no rooms had them. Tricky road if you braved the 40 minute. Walk into the centre. The hourly bus never came when it was supposed to and sometimes not at all. That said we loved our stay!

1. Main entrance difficult and dangerous. 2. Bathroom too small. 3. Breakfasts was not organized : mayonnaise and yoghurts, catsup and jelly, it was mixed without sign. I put mayonnaise on the fruit and was close to spread catsup on bread instead of jelly. Coffee and juice are awful.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. A couple of suggestions: provide more variety to the breakfast especially for those who are staying for a number of days. A hotel shuttle service to the old town would be great.

The Front office team were terrific, advised and helped us with our bookings for transfers and day trips. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel location was fabulous, scenery was amazing. There were enough lounge chairs and lots of seating areas to relax and enjoy the water and views.
