Accessorize and toaletica are missing. One toilet paper for a family isn't enough, the same for the dish washer and laundry machine. I prefer paying 10 extra euros and not going to buy a new package of toilet paper. That's not a luxury behavior. Rather than that, the apt and the staff are awesome

The staff was amazing, super welcoming. I appriciated sauna and pool facility at the site. The location is amazing, we used the hotel as a "base" and travel by car over all the Montenegro. The property had everything we need for a couple weeks stay, i.e.: washing machine, dish washer, cuttlery etc etc, even a hoover!

just that they didn't do as we asked once there everything else was very good apart from the Wi-Fi, didn't work half the time on our floors

we booked 3 room apartment but they did good by us and gave us two two bedroom for the same price due to work commitment on the 3 bedrooms but they Told us it would be on the top floor and they were not that was the only thing I was not happy with as the views are so much better from higher and we had the lowest views which were blocked by trees, and the were not together on the same floor but that didn't happen so make sure you have it in writing and stick by it or walk away

It is an apartment hotel so no real on-site facilities. The pool is very basic (but looking at other hotels, I think this is average for the area).

Beautiful views over the beach and Adriatic sea. Located right on the traffic free promenade. Close to numerous restaurants and a local supermarket. The apartment we had (2-bedroom) was very large, modern equipment and quiet. It is about 4 km from the center of Budva

When we arrived, we had a difficult time to find the parking. Do not use the address of the building, it takes you to a small road that dead ends beside the building. . I would recommend to call for directions in advance. No cleaning service during the stay.

The apartment was spacious and in a convenient location. Several restaurants and a small market close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just we had a problem with the elevator first and last day so we carried our luggage by ourselves but of course staff helped us.

Location was perfect. It was beachfront, near supermarket, restaurants… There were private parking lots.Staff were very friendly, smiley, willing to help. Rooms were clean. We stayed one week which was not enough 🙂

The staff helped a lot for our all questions and problems during our vacation. The furnitures were new and we found easily what we needed at the apartment. Sea view was great and the place is only 1 min away from beach to swim. Thank you to all for all their supports.

The lift broke twice but the staff did everything they could to get it up and running again quickly. The music from the 3 bars downstairs was very repetitive and sometimes you could not make one from the other - when on the balcony - it was a bit too loud.

Excellent position on the sea front, above some lovely restaurants with many other restaurants and bars - also sea facing nearby. The staff were super helpful and provided both travel advice and a link to a taxi service, which we used to visit many places in the vicinity. The 3 bed 2 bathroom accommodation has a massive balcony overlooking 2 beach areas which was a real bonus. The furniture looks expensive and is very comfy. The kitchen is top class. We had one king size and 2 separate rooms with double beds (bigger than the singles promised). We would certainly stay again.

All staff are friendly and having parking is great. The beach view in the apartment and the sound of the waves on the beach make you feel like you are in a therapy room.I definitely recommend it for relaxation.It should be preferred because it is on the most beautiful beach of the region and close to all amenities in the surrounding area.Restaurants, cafes and markets are at your doorstep.Thank you to all your employees and your efforts.

Was a bit tricky to reach reception from parking.

Beautiful and big apartment. Two bedrooms and nice guestroom. Such a wonderful balcony sea view! The apartment is equipped with a smart home manage system. The beach is in 10 meters from the porch. Very nice location in the middle of the biggest beach line in Montenegro. Nice swimming pool on local territory of the hotel.

The people above us were the loudest that we've experienced in 40 prior places we've stayed. They were constantly moving furniture among other things, starting at about 5:45AM and going until 10PM. Aparently they have a 6 month lease. We also had challenges with 1 of the staff members who initially told us that there should be no one above us, then told us that they'd be gone after 2 nights of our 7 night stay. That said, Maria was an outstanding member of their staff and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable.

Amazing place all around. The apartment was one of our favorites for our family of 4 traveling through Europe for the last 6 months (40 places under our belts and counting). Location = Love being on the beach / boardwalk, quieter area with plenty of great restaurants and groceries nearby. Apt = tons of room to exercise in the AM, space apart from each other, great deck just above the palm trees but not so high that you don't see them, amazing panorama.
