I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Budva and will stay here again on my next trip!

We didn't like sometimes the street noise coming in the room during the night. But you cannot be in the city center without having the associated noise from the cars and people. The city was flooded by the tourists. Otherwise I did like the studio. I had a nice vacation in Montenegro, although it was very expensive. The are a couple of small beaches with fine sand, very crowded the others are rocky and you need special shoes to walk or get in the water.

The studio was located at the 3rd floor, it is large, spacious, high sealing, the kitchen is provided with everything you need for food preparation. The beds were very good. On the building ground floor there are a supermarket, a shopping mall also a nice hotel and a couple of restaurants. It is located in central area close to everything you want, at a walking distance. The studio has a certain noise insulation but there is still some street noise coming in the room. Stephanie received us and provided all information we needed for our stay. this is my favorite apartment in Budva! It has everything for a quality holiday. the apartment is also located on the floor above the tq plaza shopping center, and you can go down there by internal elevator. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and old town!!

Amazing location, very central, close to the beach and local supermarkets, but not loud during the nights. Nice, clean and cozy rooms with a solid touch of high end feeling to it. Very friendly and helpful host who truly cares about his guests comfort and pleasant stay. A lot of value for the money! We are very happy to have chosen Condo Studio Plazza, and will definitely go back to the place again at next opportunity 😁

Awesome room - very large, extra tall ceilings and beautiful furniture & ambient. The balcony is also large and convenient. The location and hosts are top. They were very helpful with everything - from calling taxis to reccomending us restaurants, clubs and beaches. We’ve been in Budva a couple of times now and this was our favourite experience. Will definitly choose this appartmant again.

There is only one chair in room. But i took one from the terrassa.

Spacious shower with flor heating and additional head with big water pressure. Very big room. Big bed. Table which can be used for job. Kitchen is equipped with minimal set of cooking stuff. Also i was checked in at 12:00, it is earlier 2 hours than declared time.

This brand new and modern apartment surpassed all our expectations, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. It is one of those rare places that looks even better than in the property photos. Even though the apartment is located in the centre, it is very quiet and has great soundproofing. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable throughout the entire unit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The spacious bathroom and shower had excellent water pressure and came with designer toiletries, adding another touch of luxury to our stay. The overall experience was flawless, with attentive hosts, Nikola and Stefana providing personalized service throughout. We have stayed at some of the best hotels in Budva, but this was by far our favourite stay! We can't wait to return.

We ( me and my GF ) liked the place very much. The location is perfect. Hard to beat in Budva. The Host (Stefana) was amazing. She supported our stay with her great hospitality. First of all, Nikola is a great host. She showed up on time, gave a great information about the studio and the city as well. The room was extremely clean. It is located very centrally. Next time, I will not look for somewhere else to stay. I was staying in Old Town, and it is really noisy. The room has a balcony. If you do no t want to go out, just have a drink and watch the city passing by.
