The room is spacious, with a balcony facing the Bay of Kotor— the view is fantastic. You can play with the host’s adorable cats there and even pick some fresh fruit. There’s a private parking area, which is super convenient if you’re driving, and it’s a quick trip to Kotor Old Town. The host is absolutely amazing! Even though we only stayed for two nights, she provided us with three delicious home-baked snacks and a large bottle of drinking water. She’s incredibly welcoming and kind. 100% recommend!

It has been very nice experience of staying in PM Villa, it has a private shore, so we can take the boat trip from villa. Hosts are super nice, they prepare the fruit from the garden for us. The kittens in the villa are so cute as well!

There was nothing to not like. Fantastic spot near Kotor with parking but the best was Maria and her family who own the property. They went above the normal host and shared their beautiful apartment.

Maria and her family were amazing hosts. Welcoming and helpful with local recommendations! The apartment was clean, with a small kitchen that had everything for a nice stay. We didn't use it as we wanted to experience the local restaurants. The apartment had a great AC option, a lovely terrace with sea view and spacious bathroom. Of course, the main attraction was their private beach where all guests had their own long chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The water is stunning blue there and the beach is well maintained. I will definitely come back!

Unique secluded location direct by the sea, private beach. Nice view from the room over the bay of Kotor. The family owning Villa PM is very hospitable and keeps the estate and the garden in tip top shape.

No sign telling you where to go when you arrive - was very hot and I went up and down lots of steps before finding the right door!

Beautiful views from our lovely balcony, private sun beds by the water’s edge. Lovely peaceful location with beautiful gardens. The perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday - wished we were staying longer. The kitchen is equipped basically but with enough to prepare a simple meal. Comfortable bed and clean spacious bathroom. Lovely fresh watermelon and water on arrival.

The view is stunning. And the private beach is lovely. I liked that the villa had the balcony, as well kitchen inside the room. In the garden you may see kiwi growing and kumqat. Very close to couple of restaurants (an oyster farm is like 5 min walking), mini-market and bus station.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision to stay here. Such a lovely warm welcome , very well appointed rooms, fantastic views, and we were made to feel very special. Managed to get away from all the crowds and enjoy the private beach. Whilst we paid slightly more than we usually do … definitely worth it.

That we could only stay for 3 nights!

The area and views are stunning, with a small number of local places to eat and drink and a backdrop of dreams. We were made to feel at home and were looked after from the minute we arrived, including beach towells for our sun beds and suprise deliveries of pastries and coffee whilst we sunbathed on the private beach/veranda. We could not recommend this place highly enough.

I’d just recommend a bit more communication on the parking, we were a bit unsure when we arrived, there is a boom you need to lift and the property has a black gate with a “P” and and “M” on it.

We should have planned more time here.

Don’t question it. Just stay here! Maria and Urosh have created a wonderful place to stay at Apartments Villa PM near Kotor, Montenegro. Upon your arrival, you will be so relieved to find that there is a greatly appreciated small gated actual parking lot for your car. Maria and Urosh are so friendly and seem to enjoy making their guests’ stays comfortable and pleasant. Our room was a small studio apartment with a balcony. The space is “European small” with cleverly designed bathroom and kitchenette features made to fit. It has everything you need, including air-conditioning. Everything was spotless! The balcony view is absolutely amazing! But even if your room doesn’t have a balcony, you have access to the view. A short walk downstairs and around the back leads to a really nice stone patio with an access ladder for swimming in the fjord. There is also a tiny sandy beach which Urosh maintains very well. You can relax in one of the lounge chairs there and just soak the view. This is what we wished we had planned to do. If there is ever a next time, we will definitely stay here and will allow more time to simply enjoy the scenery.

Nothing really, but you need a car to see the area

Host Maria and her family were lovely. She upgraded our apartment, which was perfect with fantastic views across the bay. Private beach with sun beds & umbrella was ideal and you can also swim or walk through the sea to a bar next door. There are a couple of local restaurants and bars with many more 2-3 kms away. Visit Kotor old town and Perast beautiful. Loved Villa PM if we return to the area will definitely book again

Arriving was hard because the signage is not easily visible from the direction we came. Once we turned around, we could see the letters on the gate.

This place is amazing!!! Slightly above a very private cove with views of the super clear water. 2 swimming areas accessible from the property complete with private lounge chairs and umbrellas. The apartment is very cute with a complete kitchenette and a coffee maker with supplies. The location is very close to a small grocery store with yummy padtries and fresh fruit. Perfect for a balcony breakfast. Also very closely situated to several restaurants for lunch or dinner. We drove, but walking is definitely possible. Plenty of parking at the property.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa PM, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this place was truly special. One of the highlights of our stay was the access to the small private beach. The crystal-clear water was simply mesmerising, and we were delighted to spot tiny fishes gracefully swimming around. It felt like we had discovered our own little slice of paradise. Our host, Milena, was an absolute gem. From her warm greetings to the thoughtful gestures, she made our stay even more memorable. Each morning, she surprised us with freshly brewed coffee and some pastries. Her genuine kindness and hospitality truly made us feel at home. The apartment itself is perfect. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The functional furnishings were modern and not at all worn out. But what truly stole our hearts was the balcony view. It was simply breathtaking! We left this incredible place with hearts full of joy and peace.
