The kitchen tap took a long time to turn on (which was fine/manageable), but it proceeded to keep dripping for ages while making weird noises, and the bathroom shower–toilet situation was also tricky (as they are very close together)

Everyrhing was perfect, except the room was not heated when we arrived. It took some time to get normal temperature and it was New Years Eve.

Although there were many insects outside, the apartment didn’t have any screens. Because of this, we couldn’t open the doors or windows. There was always a musty smell inside, and since we couldn’t ventilate the space, we had to endure the odor. Additionally, the bathroom needs renovation.

The location and view of the property were truly captivating, offering a peaceful experience surrounded by nature. Although some of the furnishings were a bit dated, this didn’t detract from the overall comfort and even added a nostalgic charm to the space. Spending time here was an absolute pleasure.

That we had to leave Mia.

Book this place if only because of Mia the cat. When we booked this fantastic spot (yes yes yes - unforgettable view, stocked kitchenette, stellar water pressure, even a coveted dedicated parking spot!!!!) we did not know that a cat roughly the size and shape of bag of baking potatoes named Mia would stomp her way into our lives. (Listen if you’re not a cat person, Mia is smart enough to leave you alone. She didn’t get to her heft and specs by wasting her time and talents if there’s no profit to be made. Mia out for herself.) Our first afternoon Mia rolled in hot and lolled about on the patio, gauging our interest and proximity to meat-products. Once we invited her inside (like a vampire, she knew she had to be asked in), she made sure we knew about where the refrigerator was located….many times. Do not think you will sit down to eat and finish your entire meal yourself, this cat will make you believe that starving children have been stealing from HER. 10/10 property 14/10 cat

problem with drainage in the bathroom

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of the Kotor Bay. The kitchen equipment was enough and ok for our needs. You can swim in the sea directly in front of the apartment, but it is not a beach. Contact with the owner via whats up. Big plus is the air conditioning in the room. There is a small shop nearby. Check-in was simple and easy

The balcony offers an amazing view, and the studio is conveniently located just a 25-30 minute walk from Kotor. The spacious studio includes a small kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast while enjoying the stunning scenery. Check-in was very straightforward and easy.

The wi-fi had moments when it wasn’t working, and the router should’ve been restarted to start working again, but Petar helped us every time. Also, there is a constant damp/musty smell even if the room is constantly ventilated.

The view is incredible. Parking available. The host is super responsive and helpful.

We didn’t realize there would be many steps to climb, which was difficult with our heavy suitcases. Also, although the property said it included parking, you still have to find a spot around yourself (there aren’t any specifically reserved) - the first day this was easy but the second was harder. Also, the bed sheets/blankets were not very comfortable.

The host was great - this stay was part of my honeymoon, and he decorated the bed with rose petals, and set up a bottle of red wine (which was delicious!). The apartment was great, with the most beautiful views from the terrace!

The view of the apartament is beautiful, it was really nice to wake up to that view for 4 days :) The apartment was clean and Petar was really nice. The location, although is a long walking distance from old town Kotor, we managed to leave the car on a free parking lot and walked for about 10 min to the old town. Near the apartment there’s also some spots to park the car. It is very quiet around the apartment and it’s perfect that you can have a little swim just outside with an amazing view.

I would have preferred to be closer to old town. The bed was uncomfortable. The room might not be accessible for those with a mobility issue (e.g., needing a walker or poor physical condition). You have climb up at least 43 stairs to get to the lowest room. There more steps to get the other rooms. There was only one restaurant and one small grocery store nearby.

Lots of space in the room. The room was designed well. There was a fabulous patio with an incredible view of the sea.

Lovely apartment for 2 (slept 3) with view overlooking the bay. Small kitchen but enough to meet our needs. Lovely patio/balcony area. Small shop less than 5 minute walk away good selection of basics and well priced. (Not open Sunday!)

Over 30 min walk to the town, however taxi is easy to book with instructions how to provided, they always turned up within 5-10 mins and only cost 5 euro so no complaints there

Location is about half hour from centre and the road is narrow with cars passing/walk is along the edge of the water. It is nice when peaceful but not enjoyable when the road is busy. Cash only

There was no shower gel just shampoo and the shower is actually a small hand shower.

Old town is about a 30 minute walk away - not great if you are carrying heavy luggage but manageable and wouldn't stop me staying here again!

Beautiful view, both during the day and in the evening (you can see all Kotor night lights :)). Nice location: it is easy to get to Kotor center even by foot (it takes around 30 minutes and although there is no sidewalk it is safe to walk there). The host was kind and helpful, the room was cosy, comfortable and very well equipped.

Had difficulty finding the property - Satellite navigation was of no assistance - very frustrating. Needs to be made explicitly clear in apartment rental information that it is most definitely not suitable for elderly or infirm people due to 65 very steep steps.
