Not satisfied from the support offered by the hotel staff that was not aligned with the service that normally a four stars hotel provides. When we arrived in the room the sink wasn't clean.

Despite me being on my own, the hotel insisted on keeping the sofa bed in the living room open at all times. Frankly, I could have used the living room differently. Six years later, on site spa is still not open. Booking listing should be updated.

Great location. Easy walking distance to the Old Town, to the waterfront and the bus station. Shopping centre across the street. I loved the extra space an apartment offers over a hotel room. This is a condo building with the first three floors run as a hotel. I was there for a week. Impressive breakfast buffet when the hotel was full. A la carte breakfast when occupancy was low. This was the best place to be Election Day in the US. Cable package includes BBC, Sky, CNN, Fox, DW, TV5 and more.

Front desk staff were not interested and could have been more helpful. Room service staff were very helpful. Breakfast waiter on first day was friendly. Self-service breakfast offer was poor and not replenished after 0900am on 2nd/3rd day.

The hotel reception staff were awful. We were dealt with by two separate women and it felt as if you turning up at the hotel check in desk was a huge inconvenience to them. It was a completely bizarre experience. The breakfast was terrible too. We turned up 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and the room was dirty with leftovers on most of the tables, no staff, there was no food left, there was next to no orange left and it had a dead fly in it. The bedroom was good but this was the complete opposite.

The room was excellent. The location was fairly good.

The street around hotel are being renovated, the entry was limited and there was no information about the work going on in the hotel description. we also got a room facing the street that was being renovated. Of course, this is not the hotel's problem, but they could informed us about it. Also, we came on a breakfast around 10 o'clock and there was little choice of food and the food was cold.

Quality of breakfast is ok, not great. Staff is very young and not all of them are service minded. The more mature staff are very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately, the spa and wellness facilities were closed during our stay.

Very well located, nice size room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom, and good aircondition which is essential when it’s 35 degrees outside.

At the moment there are workings on the nearby,the staff at the reception aswell not good.she gave me the key and in the midnigjt the electricity shot down because of the card .asked the recepsionist for some issues and i got no answer

We spend 2 nights and had 2 breakfasts and couldn't find black tea to drink with breakfast. When we asked for black tea, their answer was it is preferred too much:((

The rooms were extra big. The staff was caring and polite except the guy in the night crew.( It became a real trouble to have the couch to be prepared for our 4 year old daughter) The location is great.

The whole reception area was smelling of cigarette smoke which was very uncomfortable for my family and I. No strict smoking policy.
