Great responsive service from Stephanie. The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, with all the appliances you need, including a washer which was great after being on a boat for a week. Super clean with a nice sunny balcony and beautiful view of the harbor and mountain (again, we saw enough sea views already) The only thing is the entrance, which looks a bit sketchy but nothing too serious. Also, a shoutout to the restaurant below, Tropicana!

The entrance way to the apartment block was very dingy and looked uncared for. However you did get accustomed to it very quickly.

The apartment was well maintained and had a superb little balcony overlooking the marina.

Entry way, the apartment is part of a fairly large complex. While the owner has put a lot of work into making the apartment comfortable, the walkway leading up to the apartment desperatly needs an overhaul. It's dark and a little shady/iffy looking.

Central location, at walking distance from plenty of great restaurants, 3 minute walk from the main shopping street. The view of the Marina was a welcome change, watching the sailboats come in with a cup of coffee in hand is probably the best way to wake up. Ample parking though it's a short walk from the parking lot to the apartment, it can be a bit cumbersome for persons with impairments.

The common areas of the building were in disrepair. The lobby and hallways were in desperate need of paint and better lighting. We almost left. In the end we were happy we stayed

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The view was very nice and the A/C was adequate. The neighborhood restaurants were delicious.

The stairs, if you have alot of luggage is not good, 1 case ok, Thought there might of been a bottle of water in the fridge,as got there late, and no shops open

This is barely worth mentioning but the shower head holder is just above waist level; could be higher.

Easy to find, parking no problem, quiet, plenty of natural light, comfortable bed, great balcony with table and chairs, quiet AC. Everything was as it should be. Also, host was very accomodating for late check-out which was much appreciated.

Saint Martin seems to suffer from water shortages, so be prepared for the possibility that city water isn’t available at night, this obviously isn’t something that can be controlled and would affect any property here.

Frédérique was an incredibly friendly host and went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. The apartment itself is also very well decorated and has lots of extra amenities. It’s also very well located: near great food, half a block of so from two grocery stores, a great view, a 5min walk to the local market, and much more.

The entrance to the building is not good, dark, dingy and run down. Very unfortunate for property owner.

Good for a one night stay, close to ferry going to Anguilla the next morning.
