The shower head could do with replacing. You had to shower holding the shower head. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo weren't provided. Check in is a little difficult if you don't have WiFi. We had to borrow a strangers phone to contact the host. She was waiting in the apartment but we hadn't been given the apartment number and noone was familiar with the name seabird studio.

Great location, close to Marigot ferry, and with parking. Private beach access. Amazing sea view. Very comfortable stay. Good value. Very friendly host. Crib and high chair provided and host also had a basket of toys and had moved kitchen knives out of reach, which were really nice and much appreciated additional touches. The building itself is a little run down but the studio is well decorated and the photos are accurate. Would definitely visit again.

Wish I had booked to stay longer.

Camille was a wonderful Hostess, ensuring a smooth meet & greet check in process. Location and security were phenomenal. Studio equipped with everything needed for self catering. Enjoyed listening to the soothing sound of the beach, loved watching the sunset and the twinkling night lights of neighboring island Anguilla on the horizon while relaxing on my patio. Easy walk into Marigot for shopping and dining. Definitely will be back for another stay!

Pretty much everything was right on the money. Great location close to everything in Marigot. Very well arranged apartment with all the necessary appliances and equipment. Just on the beach, 30 feet from the water. Excellent host - Camille is a sweetheart.

Everything was great

Camille was great. The fridge was new to the unit and didn’t have ice cube trays yet and when I asked her where I could pick a couple up, she came and brought them the next morning - along with ice!! The studio apartment is very well designed and the space is used perfectly. Everything was there…. from snorkelling gear to an iron to a blender !! If I went looking for it I found it. 😊 Patio view to the ocean each evening was spectacular. We loved this place !

OMGGGGG, THE HOST!!! Camille is so amazing! Her personality makes a person feel right at home. She consistently checked in on me to make sure I was OK or if I needed anything. On top of that, the apartment was simply gorgeous! It was clean and stocked very well! The beach is outside your balcony. Nice having coffee in the mornings watching the waves in the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves. I WILL be back. I didn't want to leave. What an amazing experience!

The plumbing in the bathroom needs some renovation. It would be nice if there was something to drink available in case of late arrival. Suggestion: put a bottle of water in the refrigerator and some drinks that guests can take for cash payment.

Perfect location with small but nice private beach and with swimming pool. The apartment is at walking distance (15 minutes) from Marigot. For Philipsburg you have to take a taxi for 25 dollar.

Absolutely no negative points to mention about the apartment, but the neighbourhood had seen better times. Marigot was a chic place a few years ago, with good retaurants like Tropicana and others and lots of different shops. Now it looks a bit lost, still suffering from the hurricane. But this did not really affect the positive spirit of Seabird Studio.

Seabird Studio exceeded our expectations by far. Camille is an extremely nice and polite person. Check in was done quickly, she explained the most important points and then we felt like at home from the very first minute. This apartment had everything we needed, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. I have never been in a such neatly, well organized and clean place. And the best: A small balcony with a beach right underneath where you can have a drink or a lazy breakfast.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Seabird Studio is perfect. Great location near great local food. The beach directly behind the property is perfect. The studio has everything needed for an awesome stay. The host is excellent and very thoughtful.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and it was great. The apartment is bright, well equipped, had everything you need even for a day at the beach. It's also clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Everything important can be reached quickly on foot. The apartment complex has direct access to the beach and a pool. We would like to thank Camille for the always pleasant, helpful and fast communication.

Couldn’t stay long enough

Location was perfect! We could walk to everything. Not only did the manager meet us early but let us stay late. She was wonderful! Everything about SeaBird Studio was wonderful. Will definitely go there again if I’m in SXM! Thank you for a delightful stay.

There is nothing we can come up with….like I said, it was perfect for us!

Everything! The place is perfect for staying on the French side of the island. The studio has all you would need from kitchen necessities to beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkeling gear) to a very thoughtful welcome gift. They even have some of the basic necessities there (salt, sugar, oil, etc). The terrace overlooking the small private little beach was great for morning coffee and dinner. The entire place is nicely decorated and has plenty of space to put all your things away. It is only a 10 minute walk into Marigot and great grocery stores. We loved our time here and would love to go back and stay a month or more! Just perfect for us.
