Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A few small things like the curtains didn’t cover the window all the way so bright light came in early in the morning. Very small sheet and blanket for bed, could not pull up beyond chest

Specifically upgraded to a superior room for a super-king bed which was very comfortable, but the bedding (top sheet and blanket) was too small, length and width ways, so did not sleep well at all. Although room booked for two people, an extra temporary bed was made up which made the room very cluttered. Tea bags and milk never replenished by housekeeping, although supplies available from reception. Terrible coffee at breakfast.
Fabulous location, perfect for walking to all the main attractions. Very helpful friendly staff. The bedroom was a good size, lovely bathroom and everything very clean. There was a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, a couple of bottles of water and a safe provided. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Very efficient air conditioning.

We were unable to set our own room temperature. The room got too hot since the heat was on, we opened the window but the music was blasting and it was past 1am.
Great location, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. My daughter was on the sofa bed, and even the sofa bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

That we haven't spent more time in Skopje.
From the first impression, the warm welcome from the receptionist to the goodbye was just an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and beautifully designed, the breakfast was rich and there was walking distance to most of the interesting things to see and do. The Guy in the reception was really helpful with his recommendations to find good places to eat or how to reach various destinations. OVERALL A 5 out of 5 Experience

Breakfast was splendid, plenty of meals. Staff was super nice and at service, providing all needed information and accommodating our needs (airport transfer, city taxi, reservation of restaurants). Location is great, a very city center in an almost pedestrian zone.

There was a problem with the rooms we actually booked and the ones we got. The problem could not be solved directly but next day in the evening. The only minus point is that before the problem was solved a discussion took place that in my opinion was not necesarry. But at the end all was well.
Very nice hotel on a top location! Just few steps away from the main square and old bazaar! The suites were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was also superb!

Nothing, all good.
The breakfast was excellent, really good choice and quality. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, everything is in a walkable distance.

The hotel's location was very nice, it was very close to everywhere, right in the center of the city, and it had a safe location. The breakfast was very rich, the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Everything was very good

It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. They should be more informative about how the parking works since this is a location in the heart of town.
Perfect location, very clean and helpful stuff. Big comfortable room, available parking but costs 10€ per day. Good breakfast with wide choices.
