top but not the cleanest beds

Toilets are not cleaned and no one did cleaned in my 3days of stay..no heater or temperature control placed as it is freezing cold.

We really don't understand all the bad comments about the hostel. For this price it was really good. Our bed was clean, everything else too. The Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The only thing i would like to point out is that it is very cold in the hostel during the winter months as there is no heating. It's also a good idea to take earplugs with you, as it can get a bit noisy in hostels in general. Overall very good value of money. We would come back!

Dirty and very wet showers, old mattress but quite comfy

Hostel was unventilated. Lockers could be cleaner. Not all of the toilets and showers were available to use. Toilets and showers smelled pretty bad and weren't clean enough. I hope they improved this point since my stay.

I overall liked this hostel and booked for more days than I was planning to. If you're looking for a good sleep in a silent, dark environment, this is the place for you. Beds were really comfortable, too. Staff was helpful and easy to reach.

The interior felt very cramped and stuffy, making it uncomfortable to stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also not up to standard.

The hostel is quite close to the city center, which is convenient.

The shared room was quite messy and smelled weird. There was some dirt on the floor. But the boxes were perfectly clean.

Very good locality, quite cheap price. The boxes for 2 are spacious enough for two friends (therefore you don't have to touch each other during the night), you also get a decent privacy and the lockable storage at your head is very big (we managed to fit two big trekking backpacks in there and still had a lot of space).

The pantry can be cleaner. It is recommended to have ventilation on at all time.

I like the concept that provide privacy and convenience of charging. The toilets are clean. The staff are very helpful.

We were there for a few nights and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned once and they were already disgusting when we arrived. The hostel is located in the basement of a hotel. The whole basement smells so bad! The common room and hallway weren’t cleaned either. There were cans and rubbish all around when we arrived, that still weren’t cleaned up when we left.

The location was amazing as it was on the outskirts of old town. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The beds were alright with the locker, powerpoint and blind

Bathrooms smelt and ventilation was zero due to literally being a basement so the whole hostel kind of felt strangely stale

Could been better with cleaning of the beds and lockercompartments in the cubes.

A super location in the middle of the old town. The price was good and it's great with a 24/7 reception. A lot of toilets and showers so it's wasn't a problem with a queue. Sleeping felt private even tough sharing rooms with a total of 50 beds or around that many. Not crowded at all. Easy to secure your things with a locker inside the cube that was huge.

The bed was dirty, the locker was dirty and the curtains did not give me the sense of satisfaction I usually get from other cabin hotels

The location is vague, the toilets and baths are always stinky.

The sleeping place did not have any fresh air at all, I do not recommend to stay there one than one night. There is no good air system there.

- toilets and showers need better locks. Right now the locking mechanism isn't in line with a hole it's supposed to go in (in most shower doors at least on the mens side)

- the location is great. The hostel's right next to the old town and a short walk away from the Macedonia square - the bed was actually comfortable and the wardrobe was spacious - the staff was polite and helpful This was my first time staying in a "capsule" and the experiense was surprisingly pleasant.
