The bad smell in the toilet. And sometimes the noise from the livingroom when guest talk in nighttime, but the receptionist helped me with that but it should be great with a door to our doormity to hold out the noise and the place would be perfect 👌

You had everything you needed in your hostelbox, fresh bedlinen and towels included, extremly comfy matress, contact to charge your cellphone, free wifi, light when needed, box for your clouthes and bags, box for your shoes. You sleept like a princess!! The personal, and Tamara was wounderful and support me to go to Skopje because in the beginning I was a bit afraid to travel alone when my friend cancel her trip, but Tamara gave me the support and energy I needed to travel by myself. Thanks 😊❤️

The lights in the women's bathroom.... The main light is turned on by a sensor and you have light for about 5 seconds and then you need to jump around so the light turns on again

I didn't really read the reviews saying that it's a basement of a hotel, windowless, so I was surprised but I had a good time. Locker is huge, bed is SUPER comfortable, everything is super clean. And definitely 10 stars ⭐for the girls at reception. Super helpful and service is really great. This hostel was definitely the right choice since I met with some other travellers staying in other hotstels around complaining about bed bugs. Inbox is super clean, so no such issues

It's my first time to sleep in a capsule hostel and it's fantastic. The capsule is quite spacious for me, private and quiet. The hostel is located perfectly next to the old bazaar where you can find good places to dine. Tips: Hostel Inbox is located inside Hotel de Koka with the same reception, so put Hotel de Koka on GoogleMaps.

The light in the womens washroom is on a timer and turns off every 15 seconds so you constantly have to move around just to keep it on while at the sinks. Mens washroom didn’t have this issue at all and the light remained on constantly..not sure why they don’t just have a switch. Not a social hostel at all and I was fine w that, but if you’re looking for that vibe this definitely isn’t a good choice for you. Common area is pretty lacklustre.

Perfect for my needs. Loved the capsule-style concept and the curtain shade you could pull down for privacy. Felt nice n cozy without being cramped. Big locker at the back of the capsule w key, as well as locker at foot of capsule (no key). Quiet and wasn’t busy when I was there. Most pods weren’t occupied. Washroom and showers were clean. Excellent location next to Old Bazaar, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.

I like the concept, very well thought through. clean, fancy female bathroom, good clean showers. Comfy bed, spacy locker. good location near bazar and in the centre. drink water available, felt safe

The bathrooms, even tho clean at most times, were unclean sometimes.

Even tho lots of ppl were accommodated, it was pretty quiet during the night and day. The place was clean, and I enjoyed the experience of sleeping in a little box. It is in the centre of the city and has great value.

Capsule style beds in a long wide hallway. Not really a hostel as everyone is encouraged to be quiet and no kitchen. Communal area is like a lobby lounge but still comfortable. Very cheap so good value for money. Very close to the Bazaar and wonderful Tres Leche.

Very good price and location. I really liked the organization of the hostel, because behind every bed there is the locker to place the luggage and personal belongings, and you get a key to lock it during the check in. I liked that there was drinking water at the reception, and this was the first hostel where I got a towel without paying any extra money. Fair price and comfortable beds.

Smelled like heaven. Super friendly, nice, and well spoken staff. The young man at the reception with curly hair helped a lot. Super. Loved the bed. Clean and comfortable.

Half of the showers were not working while i was there and few had soap all the time. During one day, only one shower was working but it was lacking soap… There were a few hairs as well as peanuts onthe side of y bed and inside my locker. I think the cleaning team could do a bit better (and not only change the bed sheets) and be more aware about the toilet paper and soap running out

Great value for money. Bed shets were clean and facilities in general were clean and tidy. Receptionist was very welcoming, helping me find things to do in Skopje.

Hot and bad air at night. Impossible to sleep with the binders down, otherwise you’ll auffocate. the water provided in the water dispenser is not fresh and made us sick.

It's not really a hostel atmosphere but you sacrifice that for good facilities

The hostel is on the basement floor of a hotel, so its facilities are such. Really nice bathrooms and showers, beds are boxes with curtains, plugs and lockers. 24/7 reception, great Wi-Fi. Right at the feet of the Old Town.

Hostel Inbox is in the basement of hotel De Koka, somebody had to show me the place. As there are no walls in the basement, it can be noisy when ppl make long calls from the common area...

Excellent location just off the bazaar. Staff is super helpful and accomodating. The design of the cabins is super clever to be practical and comfortable. Spacious shared bathroom area (very pink for ladies).
