The property is located right by the lake and the view is wonderful. However it turns out to be a bit far from the center of town. This was not so much of a problem as we enjoy walking and the promenade is very nice and the area safe to walk even after dark. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated that we were able to charge our electric car. On the negative side, the food was not nice and we both suffered from an indigestion. The breakfast buffet was very basic and the coffee tasted like the instant coffee type. The bar didn't offer any cocktails as we were apparently outside the cocktail season. The indoor pool was filled with kids having fun and making a lot of noise, which is not a picture one imagines when thinking of a relaxing spa hotel. The sauna provided a wonderful view of the lake but the steam bath was not operational. We resorted to the gym, which was well equipped and offered an alternative activity. The room was nice and clean but the heating system was very noisy. The wall between the rooms is not sound proof and one could hear the neighbors conversing in a loud voice until 1:45 in the morning. We would have liked to leave the door to the balcony open to enjoy the fresh air but due to the noise from the neighboring balcony this was not possible. Maybe the place is rather meant for families with kids and not if you are looking for a quiet place.

It feels more like a wanna be 5-star hotel. A bit overpriced for what you get The breakfast was mediocre, it's nice to have spa included in the price, but it's not the best spa, the stuff in spa and restaurant barely understand English

The only negative was the sunbeds around the pool . They were of poor quality and many were not functioning properly.

We had a room in the under ground floor (4) it wasn't clean and it is far with many stairs to go with luggage. If you want a nice room don't take underground floor.

The location is amazing. It is on the lake with amazing view. The only problem is that it is far from the center. It is about 10 minutes with taxi.

I personally didn’t enjoy restaurant and food. In my opinion breakfast should be more diverse and food should be better cooked in 4* hotel. For dinner we ordered pasta and it was way over cooked!

Hotel is situated in quiet and lovely natural environment. Even though we stayed in January, we enjoyed the view of Ohrid lake as well as walking around the property. Plenty of parking spaces were available. Staff were friendly and kind. I personally enjoyed spa, although some fixtures needed to be fixed (showers and sun-beds for example). Also, on my surprise, refreshment was not served in the spa so we had to order some from the hotel bar.

Location overlooking Lake Ohrid. I stayed 2 nights,wasn't their for the spa treatments. The grounds around the hotel offer a relaxing walk and Lake views. A handy spot to use as a base to visit other sites.
