The hostel is very clean and has a wonderful environment and atmosphere. The room was bright, warm and with a creative design. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast. The staff were very kind and smiling and always ready to give useful information. This is my favorite hostel.

I had my best hostel stat at Skopije downtown. The location is very good (between the bus station and city center and close from both), the place is super clean and breakfast is good. The owner is very helpful and also the staff. Dorms are confortable.

I really liked the owner. His passion for the hostel really shone through. The owner was really helpful and present either at the end of whattsapp or in person. Rooms clean, facilities clean. Hostel is about 13 mins walk from main square, but it's a breeze of a walk, Felt completely safe walking at night. Good group of people there for a couple of nights, good conversations. Light and power socket next to the bed. I loved the hostel & Skopje that I was able to extend my stay.

Skopje Downtown Hostel is excellent in all respects. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the historic City Center, which includes great shopping, lots of restaurants, a fabulous wine shop, and Old Town. The facility is spotless. The common area and kitchen area are on the lower level. There is a vending machine with snacks and free coffee/tea available 24/7. I stayed in a 6-bunk female dorm room. It was spacious and equipped with larger lockers than many hostels I have experienced. The host is engaging and charming, welcoming guests to what was his family home when he was growing up. He responds instantly to questions! The facility is artistically decorated, all around a comfortable and welcoming place to spend your time in Skopje.

The staff have a lovely, homely vibe and welcome you sincerely on arrival. The seating area is super cosy with the sofas and there’s a great selection of tea available. The rooms are spacious and beds really comfortable.

Breakfast was fine but it would be nice if there were boiled eggs and vegetables so you have more options.

One of the best hostel experiences ever. I loved the pumpkin pastry they gave for breakfast. The beds were comfy and clean. I slept for 12 hours at night I guess haha. And I normally struggle to fall asleep in foreign places. Staff was very nice and helpful. I made a good friend there. Also the bus station is in walking distance.

It wasn't possible to sit upright in the lower bunk bed because the upper bed was too low. There should be more hangers for clothes in the bathroom. They gave me a second cover when I asked becase I was cold but it would have been better if I had been given something thicker.

It was my first experience staying in a dormitory room. The ladies I stayed with were very nice, kind and thoughtful. That is why I slept very well at night. The cleaning was not bad. The staff answered every question I had. It was close to the bus station as well as the city center. It was also great that breakfast was included. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

- the lower bunker bed is too low for a person to sit up in the bed. But since the room is spacious and there is a chair and a table, no complaints about the bed then.

- the female room is spacious - the bathroom is so clean - there is a free breakfast. Milk, cereal, coffee, and some local pastry. Really appreciate it - 15 mins walk to the bus station. It's a bit dark in the evening, but still manageable. 10 mins walk to the center area. There is a small supermarket right next to the hostel

The hostel is very well located and therefore surrounded by everything you need, from tourist sites to supermarkets. The place is new, super clean, very comfortable beds with shelves and lights, lockers in the rooms and great bathrooms. There is a very nice common area, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice garden where you can hangout with other travellers. The staff is a plus, just awesome people! They offer free breakfast with fresh balkan pastries, laundry service, private tours, transfer to the airport and info about the city. They also offer free coffee and tea 24/7!!! That place is wonderful!

This is the hostel you should book when you need a clean place with a lot of facilities. I am a smoker and there was an outdoor tables where you can smoke which was always clean. All the staff were super helpful and nice and want to help and show you around. Even when I had a problem with a parking ticket they helped me with it. The beds are super comfy and clean and the common area is amazing with lots of tea selection and coffee. The internet was also very good. Definitely will come again.

Macedonian breakfast, really liked the Ajvar and pastries. Warm and cozy common areas, really well equipped kitchen, you can grab coffee or tea anytime. There's also a market across the street and an ATM really close. Got free towel (you have to ask), extra blanket and extra pillow. Nice staff, they will help you with anything you ask. Bed was really good and comfortable. They also have an only female bathroom. Everything was very clean. Anywhere you go from the hostel you will walk between 10 to 30 minutes, well located. The hostel was recently renovated and reopened so everything is new, during my stay they even changed the coffee machine so they are doing improvements everyday.

The hostel is comfortable and clean, has a great kitchen and internet. Bedrooms r large, beds comfortable and with large lockers. Staff r very friendly. It’s central, a 20 minute walk to the bus stations and down town area by the river.

Really comfortable place. Good communal area - kitchen, lounge, balcony, and outdoor seating. The female dorm was nice, good beds with curtains. Good kitchen. Nice woman at reception.
