Hotel staff was very helpful. Clean and nice rooms. Gym is excellent! Location made it very easy to access old town - all within walking distance and close to bus stops to get to Taipa.

MalaysiaThe hotel location is very good, walking distance to most attractions and lots of eateries nearby. Bed is comfy. Shower water is strong. However, some of the minor damages are not fixed. The lotion bottle is spoilt, one of the bed side lamp is spoilt, the mirror lights also spoilt.

ThailandIt would have been nice to have more storage space, but not a deal breaker. We stayed for four nights and I think most other guests were there for fewer nights. A pity the hotel does not offer a breakfast option, they have the space which seems to be unused.
Good location within walking distance of most parts of the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money compared to other hotels in Macau.

Very close to bus stop, family room is quite spacious and very comfortable. Strategic location, not too far from most attractions and Ruins of Saint Paul's is within walking distance. All the staff are very friendly and we all enjoy our stay a lot.

Great location to explore the history of Macau. My room was very well appointed with a beautiful tea service, desk, plenty of outlets, good lighting, sitting area and comfy beds. The bathroom was good size and nice hot water. The free coffee from the machine in the breakfast room is great and you can refill your water bottle in the lobby. The gym is very well equipped.

The staff, Woody and another male staff on the 18th Jan when we checked in. I'm sorry I forgot your name. But basically all the staff is super duper wonderful and helpful. It made the stay really amazing! The room exceeded our expectations, clean and spacious. The location is nice to hit all the historical landmarks. But the staff is truly the best!
