The manager in the 1st floor restaurant (Chinese lady in a black blazer and pants) was very rude to us and unprofessional. She was yelling and only spoke in Mandarin. She was loudly shooing us away from the outdoor area of the restaurant during the breakfast buffet even though I explained that their staff were the ones who offered us seats outdoors as the indoor area was full. She refused to listen until one of their staff arrived and explained why we are being seated outside. She continued to have the same attitude and continued giving me "the look" despite realizing she was wrong from the beginning. She also did not apologize for shooing us away, for yelling at us, and for touching us as she was shooing us away. She is very very unprofessional and this made our stay u forgettably disappointing - all because of her horrible behaviour and attitude.

A new hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of hot water for shower. Great buffet breakfast and loved the cold press coffee packets provided with the tea service.

It is a bit further away from main attractions, not within walking distance. But it is easy to take the bus.

It ticked the boxes for us. Breakfast could be better - and it depends what you want for location, but it was good for us!

We actually booked very last minute for a quick visit for New Years - so the hotel was more expensive than normal. The normal price range would be great value - NYE charge was ok, especially since it was the holiday season. Staff were lovely - breakfast was ok, I would say - nothing spectacular, given the great food decent scene in Macau. Location - well, anywhere in Macau is close enough to anywhere else really! We used the buses and bopped around - but it's not in the heart of any action really, sort of a very ordinary living area for Macau feeling (if that makes sense!). Overall it was great for what we needed.

Nothing, perfect for our stay

Super convenient (less than 10mins walk from Zhuhai border crossing) and well maintained. The rooms were well designed for the space and had everything you would need. Easy to get into the city centre or to Taipa by bus. Upgrade to a free breakfast was a bonus!

Nothing to complain but if I had to pick, a wider breakfast selection would be great. But quite happy as it is honestly, there is enough to fuel us for a new day and food item that runs out gets replenished very fast.

We enjoyed our stay very much. From the warm welcome we received from the receptionists James & Sarah (thank you for being so helpful!) until checkout, everything surpassed our expectations. The room was very VERY clean, bed comfortable, and well equipped with basic facilities- hairdryer, drinking water, toiletries, light refreshments. There are bus stops within walking distance that would enable you to reach major tourist attractions, and a supermarket nearby. It's not noisy at all thus we could have a good rest every night. We also loved the view from our room. Breakfast variety was alright and taste was pretty good. Overall very pleased with everything, thank you for giving us a pleasant experience in Macau. 10/10 would recommend and consider staying again if we were to return!

Nothing at all. Amazing

I have stayed in many hotel and this is my favourite. The staff (James and Kitty) were amazing from the moment I checked in. I was given a room upgrade on the 21st floor with amazing views. The location is perfect to see all Macao has to offer in a day and upon checking out, helped me with the right bus to the Macao/Zhuhai bridge to the airport, a journey of 15 mins on the 101X bus, a 1 min walk from the hotel. Must be the best hotel in Macao in my opinion

We would have preferred a bigger variety of choices for breakfast as there weren't much to choose from. Other than that, nothing else!

They allowed an early check in which is great as we arrived around 1pm. The location is good with loads of bus stops nearby that goes to all parts of Macau. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, meaning sleep was amazing!
