Breakfast management is not flexible. No ticket with exact date no breafast. No take away even someone is sick in bed. Breakfast itself almost the same everyday.

Reception staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and super clean with great view looking out.

The toilet and shower only separated by curtains, which made the toilet area wet after shower. Location wise, this hotel is a little far off from the city centre, so we spent a bit of time taking the bus. However, the bus stop is just up the street so it was easy to get transport.

We love how attentive the staff were, from checking in to checking out and assisting us with instructions on how to get to places. We also love how little things were put in the room like auto lights in the cupboard and stuff like that made our room even though was small but it had everything and was very comfortable.

It could have been better if you have a staff especially in the restaurant who could understand and speak English well.

The breakfast was good and very satisfying. The staff also were very nice and accommodating. We love the place, easy to access in any tourists spot.

Very dark in a military style uniform are dressed up for restaurant staff. The staff don't have enough experience in operations with a coffee machine, the morning coffee is too dark

Really new hotel. Rooms aren't big, however a lot quiet. New furniture, pleasure interior. Friendly and professional staff at the reception and restaurant.

The family room has four occupancy, but the breakfast is available for three people only. It'd not a central location, but Macau is easy to travel via public transportation.

We loved the complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff that looked after us. When we checked out they made sure we got the taxis to the airport and she stayed on the ground floor until we left. The facilities are small but it'd new and we liked the family rooms

The staffs are all very friendly and the location is not far from the Macau border. Need to walk about 500m from the border. Overall, it is a nice place to stay

The location is a bit far from the city centre but it's very easy to get the bus at a cheap price 3 macau dollars (using transport cards). It's very frequent too. Also, u get to experience the locals' lifestyle. So not exactly is a cons

The water current at the shower is very small, it's a little frustrating when it comes to washing hair.

Location is great for us! There's a lot of shops around the hotel - restaurants, supermarket and bus station is just across the road, where it basically brings you to most places around town. It's also walking distance to the border / immigration to Zhuhai (China). In the evening, when there's nothing much in Macau, we literally walked to Zhuhai for cheap massages & great street food. The hotel staffs are all superbly helpful whenever we need help in direction or getting taxi. The beds are very comfortable. The view from window is nice at nice, overseeing the hotel which looks like castle opposite the street.

Location was slightly secluded, to the point that taxis have a bit of trouble locating. Otherwise, good.

The place was good and comfy. Since business is relatively new, we also received complementary breakfast coupons. Also has universal plugs which allowed easy access to charging devices.
