Everything is beyond my expectations. The staff of beyond helpful. The staff name James and Ket are handy and deliver great service. Our room were assigned with great view and given us the great breakfast. Room : Everything designed functionally, room are clean. The room looks spacious. Breakfast: tasty , the restaurant is homey. The juice are yummy.

The breakfast was horrible/ the space is so tiny and have no privacy,the dishes and utensils was not clean at all! just thinking about it makes me sad,the housekeeping staff was so good and accommodating/friendly but my bed wasn’t nicely done,and some places where not properly cleaned. The bathroom doesn’t supply with body lotion I elevator is limited and crowded,I missed my taxi waiting for it to come up

The toilet constantly makes sounds. The doors are not sound proof doors, you can hear people outside and when they flush their toilets.

Location is near bus stops, supermarket, food places, 15 mins to airport. They also replenish the toiletries on a daily basis (toothbrush, comb, sleepers), breakfast is good

The couple bad is shortly. If you have more than 1.75 is will be uncomfortable. The breakfast don’t have many western options like cheese or more kinds of fruits .

Lack of communication in English. The staff had to use a translation app to communicate. Also I requested a taxi to go to Hong Kong ferry station but was told sorry there aren't any taxis. I had to walk to the nearest bus station take the shuttle bus to Cotai casinos then take another shuttle to ferry station. Almost missed my flight.

A television we could not operate with no instructions. The positioning of the beds make it cramped. The front desk staff were unable to direct us to venues locally e.g. somewhere to eat. when asked to make a reservation for us in a resturant we arrived there to find we did not have a reservation although he had said he had booked it. not able to guide us in regards where to get shuttle to casino. having to be separated in the dinning room for breakfast. Although it has 2 restaurants they are only available for breakfast.

clean rooms with drinking water. a nice touch the vanity kits and ample towels. Easy access to transportation.one of the waitress who spoke good English was most helpful in the dinning room.

Room door has bad sound proof! Room size is small especially the toilet. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, so on the day when we wanted to check out, we waited for 15 mins and more to get a lift that can fit us with our luggages to the lobby at level 3. Some residents even walk down using the stairs. The breakfast place is rather small and customers need to wait for tables. Sitting outside is quite cold due to the weather.

Firstly, there's an issue with the shower in my room. The water pressure is very weak, and adjusting the temperature can be challenging. Secondly, regarding the location, if you're planning to explore Senado Square and other attractions in Macau Peninsula, this might not be the most convenient choice. It's quite far, and reaching most attractions requires taking a lengthy bus ride.

The room design is thoughtful, featuring well-designed furniture for convenience. Examples include a drawer under the bed and a bedside unit that can be pushed in and out from under the bed, allowing for efficient organization. Additionally, the quadruple room is impressively spacious.

The location was quite inconvenient and the room looked poorly built. The fridge was a plastic fridge that didn't keep anything cold and was a third of the alloted space that was built for a fridge

It was quite clean, they also booked us a cab which came very quickly.

Room size was fine just that the toilet after flushing making out a loud noise same goes to our neighbor every time they flush we can hear it. Water heater not working well sometimes very cold sometimes very hot. Overall it's fine.
