The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and it’s very convenient closer to the ferry station and the city bus is 2 min away I had some unexpected change in plan but the staff and the hotel specifically Vicky Wei helped us throughout the process I could not meet him when we were at the property but I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay if I visit Macau again Thank you

The gentleman at the egg stations, during breakfast, never speak, or smile . Just showing a very bad approach to customers. I am referring to the one working Thursday and Friday while we arrived.

It’s the most comfortable and spacious hotel I stayed thus far. Really enjoyed the stay here and don’t mind staying in the room to chill and relax. Walking distance to fisherman’s wharf (like 5 mins from the back door) and there is a bus stop nearby. If you don’t mind walking, it takes about 20 mins to outer habour ferry terminal.

It is not right in the area for food so we have to take taxi out but taxi is quite affordable in macau.

I got the 2 bedrooms suit that come with a living and dining space. Very good size for family of 4 adults. The price was reasonable. For those who enjoy the casino, right opposite is the Sands, there is one macdonald outside the Sands casino. The egg tart and ice latte from the hotel were superb. Love it.

The weakness is the reception staff. Only official politeness, no warmth, hard to feel welcome after such experience. But the rest is great, so this shouldn't spoil anyone's experience.

The Hotel is great, situated very close to the harbour, just 10 mins by walk. It has its own pool and whirlpools (also gym) I spent ages there and still didn't have enough. Rooms are spacious with bathtubs and showers. Clean, quiet, luxurious. Good idea is to try buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner at least once. Cleaning staff very friendly as well as personnel in the gym. I have been there repeatedly and will come again for sure!

Only a few local restaurants around the area

Room was nice and cozy. We had a room with a sea view so we could see the harbour which looked amazing at night. My GPS was wonky for some reason but the concierge Michael was very kind and showed us which attractions to go to and which buses to take. The property is right at Fisherman's Wharf and not within the City Centre so a little on the quiet side. However, it was very accessible by bus - the free shuttle buses at Sands Macau (goes to/from ferry terminal, Venetian etc) which is right in front of the hotel were a godsend. Would definitely recommend.

Requested for high floor and paid for harbour view but the view was much blocked by the building's exterior panels, so it seems like being 'cheated'?

Initial room given was at end of passageway, requested for a change and was given another room which was even more spacious and brighter. Room changed with no fuss. Great service! Concierge was also very patient in answering our queries n informative on surrounding eateries/ shuttle bus services etc
