Good location and easily accessible to nearby facilities and shopping areas. Breakfast selection is good enough and great to have the breakfast timing to end later.

Very good taste of the hotel design inside and outside. The rate was reasonable for room and service during the period. Though the variety of breakfast was not that impressive, all the dishes were delicious which was beyond expectation. BTW, we really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks in the mini bar and bubble tea served in the casino!

The room is clean and tidy. We are family of two adults and two 5 years old children. We enjoyed staying in MGM Cotai. The staff are really thoughful and polite. They sent us easter egg and complimentary gifts to room as we have two children. The breakfast buffet is really nice. Food and drinks are good.

Hong KongI requested higher floors book my room over a month in advance and I get the lowest floor when i checked in ar 4:45pm. Only the fruits are good on the buffet table. The sunny side egg I ordered is warm Everything else is cold. I didnot go back for breakfast the next day. The shower in my room is broken and need to be fixed the next morning.

ThailandChecked in at 3PM and they said the room wasnt ready. Umm.. Also plenty of loud tourist screaming down the corridor. Best if they could just partition tourist floor apart from the rest so we could sleep soundly at night. Check in guy wasnt friendly and professional - needs more training.

She didn't tell us which restaurant for breakfast in the morning , when she approach us just said give her ID card, when we give her she said one only, how come before she ask ,she didn't say one person ID card is ok. .
