IndiaThe cleanliness of the room was not on point. I found strands of hair in my shower air, and also lipstick stains on coffee cups. The lack of jet sprays meant the hotel does not cater to an international audience, in spite of the money that we are paying. They charged us an obnoxious amount of money (HKD 154) for a plate of plain vegetable fried rice, without eggs and any sauces. It's probably worth HKD 10.
The Studio City hotel is located in the heart of Macau, along Cotai Strip. The availability of hotel shuttle was a huge advantage to going around Macau

Hong KongThe Spotlight restaurant buffet was supposed to be a world buffet. We booked in advance for this. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we found out it was a Thai buffet that month. If we had known this, we would have booked elsewhere.

Hong KongI was traveling with family and we had 3 rooms. Every time I went back to check in to the other two rooms was very time consuming. There was no que but the process was very slow. I checked in at 3 and only one of the rooms were ready. I had requested extra beds for two of the rooms and my room fees were charged in advance. However only one of the rooms were equipped with the extra bed. I told the staff when I checked out and they were assuming I wish to cancel one of the beds. The staff asked which room I wish to cancel the extra bed. At this point I was furious. Not only were they slow but they also did not grasp the idea that the extra bed was not added. The situation was finally sorted but was quite a struggle!
We stayed in the Star towers and the rooms were very large with great amenities. The pool was also very spacious. I used the fitness room and it had very new equipment. Breakfast selection was not very large but good enough. For the price of the rooms and my experience I will not be staying here again.
