We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Rooms are excellent for the money. The property location is great! OneBus operator has direct bus drop and pickup from this hotel to Hong Kong (Jordan station). Frequent coaches are available to & fro to Ferry Terminals, HZMB port, and Macau Airport.

The location. Very convenient to go visit the entertainment venues in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived around 12:45 pm and we were able to check into our rooms instead of waiting till 3pm.It was a very nice gesture and we felt welcome.

The staffs were friendly, responsive and accommodating and even initiated an upgrade for our room when they realized our original booking didn’t have enough bedding for our family. It was a real treat. The hotel and rooms are clean, central, beautifully designed, and offered wonderful amenities and a really comfortable and luxurious stay. Plus, the shopping area is conveniently connected to The Venetian, Four Seasons, and The Londoner, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend for families visiting Macau!

great stay at the Parisian Macau. it was a treat to myself to stay at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. the check-in was quite swift and despite the queue it was dealt with efficiently. the room itself was very spacious, so was the bathroom featuring both: the shower and the bath tub with Lanvin's products. the bed is super comfy and the room decor tasteful and relaxing. the check-out was also swift and the staff was also super helpful assisting with luggage and future travel arrangements. overall it was a great experience.
