Welcoming staff at reception. Good location close to all amenities in town and an easy walk from the ferry. We arrived early for check in but could leave the luggage at reception to enjoy a walk around town.

The shower was ok in the evening but just dripped out in the morning, which is a shame as it is a very clean and modern bathroom. The sound of flowing water all the time was annoying, no idea where this was coming from.

Great location a short walk from the ferry terminal. The town centre is round the corner and there are local bars and restaurants. The view from our room was over the city beach and looking up to the fort. Staff were very friendly.

The reception desk wasn't always manned, so not that easy to track people down. There was a really bad smell from the bathroom which we complained about - staff arrived and poured bleach down the drains but it didn't work - this was the main negative comment.

The apartment is very well located, near the port and all the main sights in walking distance. The size of the apartment was good and it was well equipped. It had double glazing (as advertised) which partly helped with the noise outside (which we were warned about). It was very clean and slightly clinical in style. The air conditioning was very effective. There was a very good pizza restaurant and bar on the corner towards the port.

Someone smoked in the room and I am a non-smoker. Probably nothing the staff can do about it, if someone smokes secretly, but the receptionist asked me whether I smoke and I said 'no'. So maybe they knew the room smelled like smoke. I came late and the reception closed shortly after I arrived, so I could not change rooms.

There was slight damp smell in the room and the room itself was a little tired. Also, it’s very bare and basic - and in all that not that cheap! While the location is great when it comes to proximity to port area, there are also quite a few homeless people loitering around, asking for money.

The staff is really friendly and nice. Room was very clean, A/C worked well, there was a fridge and some coffee/tea making stuff in the room. Also, the location is good - basically on the seaside boulevard where people come to walk and chill, the cruise ship quay a little further away.

The location was central but not as close to the cruise terminal as indicated on Google Maps. It was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I give it a 9 because the location doesn’t have a breakfast facility, but there are some options nearby.

There was a lot of loud music in restaurants and park nearby, so bring ear plugs ! And there is no dedicated parking, and finding parking in the street can be a problem.

Everything was great about the residence - it was clean, safe, and comfortable. The location was perfect - near central Savane park, near water promenade and easy walking to downtown with many shops and restaurants.

I wish there was breakfast available at the hotel but that's ok because we were able to get breakfast right outside the hotel at the food stalls.

The location was perfect for our short stay. In close proximity to everything. The city was lively which is exactly what we wanted. The staff was very welcoming and they spoke English which was very convenient. They also allowed us to check in a bit earlier since we got in before check in time.

The little pond in the reception area was a tad bit smelly.

From the ferry terminal, fort savana is just a 10 minute walk away. There are many shops and restaurants in the near vicinity and the sea is just a stroll away. The room is neat and clean. Fridge and airco work well. Important to note that this accommodation has no restaurant of its own. There are enough options for breakfast and dinner nearby though.
