An amazing stay in Il-Birgu for 1 month! The owner was available every time. Good connection with the transportations (5 minutes by foot from the bus stop to Valetta, 10 minutes by foot from the ferry stop to Valetta).

Nothing. Everything was perfect. The only thing is that the closest supermarket is at around 1,5km but Bolt delivery is available.

Great location (just a minute away from the ferry which goes to Valetta and from bus stop). The studio is in a beautiful historical building. I stayed there 5 days and felt very confortable in the studio, it has everything needed (kitchen, iron, confortable bed, etc). Great host who was very available and answered my messages quickly. I will stay again there for my next trip. :)

Lovely appartment in Vittoriosa. The balkony was stellar, we could see even the sea and Valetta from distance. Very good location, quiet but still a lot to do and close to Valetta ferry.

The only down side to the location was the church bells, which our balcony opened up to. On our first day they went off at 6am, then again at 8am. The rest of the week they started at 8am. It was also unfortunate that during our stay Victory Square was undergoing major road works which also contributed to the morning activity.

Our stay here really exceeded expectations. Howard was a communicative and welcoming host and this property was run very professionally. The room was clean, well supplied and had a comfortable bed. The room we were assigned (Room 4) was much larger than in the photos. It even included a large bathroom with a shower and bath! Birgu as a location is perfect for a couples holiday, it feels very safe and has real character. None of the touristy hustle and bustle you get in areas like St Julians while still being within a good distance to Valetta by bus or ferry. At night it was quiet and peaceful.

A quiet and beautiful area of ​​Malta's old district of Birgu. The location is excellent - you can reach any corner of Malta. Nearby there are local shops where you can buy everything you need, as well as cozy restaurants.

The bells from the church tower that’s in front of the apartment are really loud so be sure to put some earplugs in your bag.

We was on the 3rd floor and the stairway to the appartment was a push for our legs. But kept us fit.... Not really a problem whatsoever, but for anyone who couldn't climb them easily it would be worth requesting a studio on a lower level
