no closets or drawers in the room, and at night there was a lot of noise outside the hotel from other people :( and the reception could be a bit more 'modern' and spacious.

The location was great and central, but be aware it's very uphill – not ideal for people with knee issues or limited mobility. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was delicious, and a special thanks to Dinesh and Sohail for their warm service – they really were kind. Also, big shoutout to Azam from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and well-stocked. All staff were kind and helpful. The app was innovative and easy to use. The gym was large and modern – one of the best I’ve seen in hotels.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we really enjoyed it. Since our last visit, many improvements have been made – there’s now a modern gym just opposite the hotel, as well as a beautiful terrace with a bar and a swimming pool on the top floor. The atmosphere at the hotel is very peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

Rooms were not super clean, you could see stains on table and bath robes, sheets had some holes. The overall room installation is poorly done, you can see some paint flaking, badly applied silicone in the bathroom corners. Soundproofing was bad. There is also quite some construction going on in the area, so it ruins a part of good vibes when you see cranes all around.

Location was very good, because everything was close. Great that it had a gym and spa. Coffee in the breakfast area was very tasty.

My only 2 remarks would be that there wasn’t so much closet space in our room and that the Spa area was quite noisy, as some people were super loud and watched tiktok videos constantly - I guess there’s not much the hotel can do here but maybe put up more signs and remind people every now & then?

Lack of lighting in the room. The AC system was set on heat, which they couldn't change until the season changed. Therefore the room was very humid. However they provided a fan, which i really appreciated

Excellent stay, impeccable service from the staff who speak fluent English and is extremely polite. The facilities are excellent and most importantly there is meticulous cleanliness. The spa and sauna are remarkable – services available free of charge. The room is exactly the same as in the photos from my booking. Alse there was a coffee machine with capsules, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The spa was too busy and there weren’t nearly enough beds/chairs. I also didn’t realize that the beach club only opens during the summer, I would definitely book again but make sure to check that.
