It was a little bit cold in the room in winter season.

Great location, nice view from the balcony, friendly staff, we had everything we needed. In the hotel room such things as robe, slippers, coffee, tea and even a shaving kit. We especially liked private hot tub.

Spa center is a bit small, so if you are looking for a spa getaway, look for something bigger.

The rooftop pool was too cold for me lol, fantastic views and drink options were good, though. Loved the cabanas!

Lovely decor through hotel, pur room was spotless and kept that way through our stay. Rooftop was great. Staff were so friendly, helpful and chill. Loved the complimentary winegums delivered to the room one night. We had a free room upgrade which was very unexpected and we were delighted by the surprise, so thank you for that! Loved the free prosecco on arrival. Loved the indoor pool, sauna and steam room! Overall the hotel is amazing. We will be trying the restaurant on our next visit to the hotel :) It's in a great location too, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to in Sliema, and got bolts to places further away which was cheap and easy. Absolutley loved our stay. Thank you to the staff that made our stay so special. Can't wait to return to Malta!

There is nothing to complain about.

The staff was really nice and friendly, provided us with all information upon arrival and upgraded our room for free. Room was big and clean. From hotel to the main road and ferry is short walk.

The grey tiles in the bathroom made it feel dark. The only English channels on the TV were news channels. Sometimes when we were relaxing in the room it would have been nice to watch TV or a film (in some hotels I've been to this has meant logging into my netflix account or casting from my phone). The pool in the spa is more like a splash pool- you can't really swim unless you have it to yourself but its great to have and the spa area (incl steam, sauna, relaxation loungers) felt quite luxurious.

The staff are lovely. They were very helpful and approachable. I really liked the ambience of the Margaux restaurant and the food and cocktails were excellent. Great facilities, the spa added a lot to my experience. One of the best features of the hotel that I didn't know about before arriving is the complimentary daily activities e.g. shuttle buses to places of interest, a local food tour, yoga amongst other things. Very happy with my hotel choice.

I found the spa a bit small, either the steam room did not work, or no-one could figure out how to use it. Perhaps instructions would be useful.

Perfect location with easy access to Valetta. It is a 15 minute walk to the Roman Baths for a stunning dip in the sea. The bed was so comfortable and the facilities were great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everything was fantastic! As we arrived we were greeted by the amazing staff - they welcome you with a glass of Prosecco and a big smile! They also upgraded our room free of charge and gave us helpful advice about the city. The room was exceptional, clean and had everything we needed: coffee machine with capsules, tea, water, mini fridge. The room was being cleaned everyday. The bathroom had everything necessary for a perfect stay! The location is also great - near the seaside, bus stops, cafes and restaurants.

Lovely hotel in a great location, everything is within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing, the bed was really comfortable. There is an outside pool at the end of the street with a bar and we spent the days there. They also had an indoor pool in the Spa with warm water and you also had use of the sauna/steam rooms and hot beds, it was very relaxing. The diffusers they use in the hotel are lovely and the room smelled so inviting. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Malta.

Very happy. Everything was exceptional, including the weather!

Perfect location, a few minutes walk from sea, bus and ferry stop, yet tranquil. A lot of building activity, right across from our room, but that didn’t disturb our stay too much. Wonderful staff, very comfortable bed, well planned bathroom, with delightful Molton Brown products. Delicious breakfast. A truly enjoyable stay.

Spa was small and therefore busy later in the day. When the pool massage jets were on, they were very noisy, so it wasn't very relaxing when on the tiled beds (can't think of correct name) listening to this.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We didn't use the bar or restaurant in the evenings but menu looked good.

My stay here was just lovely. Staff are kind and helpful. The facilities are great (spa, bar and restaurant). The location is also great, very close to pick up points for bus and boat tours and many shops. They really look after the small details. Just hope to come back soon :)
