Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Overall the hotel is good and has a lot of potential to become an excellent place to stay. However only down fall is that it needs upgraded badly. Also needs boiler replaced to allow for more time in the shower.... I couldn't wash my hair because the hot water runs out after 5 mins.
Excellent location and good sized rooms with cooking facilities and fridge. Staff were excellent and really helpful and friendly.

The room was not like in the photo. The hair dryer worked for like 5 minutes then stopped. It was noisy because of the wood door. We were three guest but the towels were for 2.
Close to the bus station and ferry. The bed was extremely comfortable, there were enough sheets for everyone.

The bed linen was clean, but duvet covers that are in the closet looked dirty. Also there was no dust, but it was not so clean in the bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights, and we refused cleaning on the second day, since we were still in the room, after that we was not offered for cleaning.
Great location, near bus stops, shops, caffees... You have all needed to prepare breakfast/ dinner. It is very bright and comfortable. Big beds. The receptionist is very pleasant. Wifi is great.

There was no duvet cover. When we asked for one, they didn’t bring it. The bathtub faucet was leaking, and the water didn’t flow properly.
The bad was okey. I like the location. Near is ferry to the central city of Valetta.

It's difficult to park close by.
Great location. Pretty basic, no frills hotel but catered exactly for our needs. Good value for money. 24-hr reception.

Room was a little bit dirty, there were some other people's stuff under the bed. The room was smelly and we didn't understand from which place this smell came. Sink in the bathroom was leaking.
The location was excellent, stuff was really kind and allowed us to check in earlier. AC and wifi work pretty well.

Water pressure in bathroom sink was very low. Cleaning was done only on alternative days.
All kitchen items were provided, so very helpful with baby. Room was big and they provided crib for baby. Location was very good near to main area , restaurants and supermarkets.

Apartment was dirty. Some crumbles on the floor when we arrived (means not ours) the kitchen appliances was with built up dirt. Bath(if you can call it bath,more like sit in bath) was cracked, could see they tried to fix it with something white. TV not working.
The location is good. Just 2 minutes walk till promenade. All cafes ,shops restaurants are just there. Staff was polite and nice.Beds was clean.

The kitchen exists, but it's in bad condition. As I said, boss of the hotel is a great man, but I can't say the same about the stuff. Stuff is mostly uninterested and careless. We even experienced some unpleasantness but I can't say what was the real reason for that... misunderstanding or something else.
Boss of the hotel is a great, helpful, and very friendly old man. It was an honor knowing him. The place is overall nice with excellent location.

Italian teenagers who were also on our floor and behaved very ugly and disturbing towards other hotel guests. I suggest you let the owner know right away and he will help.

As we can expect with this price it was not great.There was not enough facilities as not enough cutlery and plates also the microwave was not usable. The bedroom smells weird and there were a lot of noises during the night. Most of all the staff was not very welcoming.
The location was good, it was cheap and clean. It is vivable. Most of all there was air conditioning, it was life saving.

The plugs are hanging from the wall making noise as if to cause a power outage.The kitchen was not clean, there was grease. The floor under the beds was dirty full of dust, there was no hot water the first night. noise at night
