The delectable cuisine provided for breakfast was greatly appreciated, and I would like to express my gratitude to the chefs. The spa center's operating hours are quite convenient. The accommodations are spotless. I appreciate the early check-in. I will undoubtedly return. I like location as well

We did not like the fact that on booking.com it was written that we could have a room with a view of the city, but in fact we were assigned a room with a view of the interior of the hotel with a view of the other apartments, where we could also hear the noise from the air conditioners that are placed in that interior of the hotel. We also did not like the attitude of some of the staff from the reception who were not too patient in talking with us and gave short answers. They simply did not show the expected cordiality. It refers to one person in particular who received us on the first day and saw us off on the last. The food was more or less scarce and stereotyped. In our opinion, the price-quality ratio is average

The bedroom was not very clean and you can hear everything from the other rooms, the hair dryer was broken (the vent tube was ripped of), the indoor pools space has a lot of rust around finishings, there was no bar at the outdoors pool as advertised, the breakfast was always exactly the same, there are no allergen options or tags, the breakfast staff was very rude and the common areas where absolutely dirty.

Hard to find a good thing about it, I guess the location was easy access and close to nightlife, anything besides that as lacking manutention and dirty

The hotel's location was great and centrally situated for you stay. The hotel facilities were very good and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.

Noise as we were in a room on the side of the hotel unfortunately it’s the location all other aspects were fine.

Breakfast was OK, room was clean and bed comfy,tea,coffe facilities, fridge and safe downside is the air conditioning is not very good and is noisy also a lot of noise from outside if you are by the side road also a lot of noisy people passing up till around 3am unfortunately nothing to do with the hotel it’s just the location.

1. Staff members. For example, we asked about an additional blanket, they promised that it would be. But nothing. 2. Also a jacuzzi did not work. I complained about this issue. I remembered every day, however it wasn’t resolved during my staying at the hotel. 3. The rooms were not very clean. But overall not critical. 4. Also I don’t recommend to use the “sea view”option because of even on the roof there is no amazing view due to the nearby construction site and buildings.

1. Location is good, but you should pay attention that it is a place with a lot of bars around/night life, that’s why it can be quite noisy. 2. Breakfast is also great. A lot of options, all is tasty and fresh. 3. Cost for booking is pretty cheap, and free cancellation is available.

It was very hot inside the room and the AC didn’t work throughout the stay . I had to keep my window open every for the air circulation . Taht was told to me when i told them to fix the AC . It was really a bad experience .. Rest everything was ok , except this AC not working and the room being very hot .

there was mold in our room on the ceiling and the pool was closed due to children's swim practice of swimming lessons and we were not notified beforehand whilst booking and thus we went intending to use the pool and found that it was closed during selected times

the room was spacious for a 2 person room and the breakfast was typical and had a good variety. staff was very friendly and helped in many ways they could.

The room was in such a poor condition, the walls were dirty and scratched. We didn't even had a proper wardrobe to put our clothes in, the door was not in contact with the floor and all the light and noise were coming from the outside. The bathroom was not clean, didn't had any air conditioning and was getting too steamy, the water pressure almost didn't exist and we were barely able to take a shower or wash our hands. Due to central AC system the room was cold. Although we warned the hotel staff about the problems nothing was fixed. Don't recommend this place at all.

Cleanliness in rooms were very poor. Old towels, unkempt bathrooms, room not smelling good. Bathroom utilities outmoded.

Occasionally, there were some odors emanating from the toilet, prompting us to close the door. However, we didn't lodge any complaints since it was only a sporadic occurrence, not a constant issue.

The hotel graciously allowed us to check in before the official check-in time without any additional charge. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the French toast and the delightful chocolate drink. My daughter particularly liked the sausage. The desserts were delicious, and we were pleased to find the indoor pool in good working order. Furthermore, the hotel always maintained a pleasant smell . The hotel is conveniently located near a rocky beach, and our room featured a balcony, perfect for capturing pictures moments. the hotel provides access to a tour adviser for added convenience. The hotel is conveniently situated near bus stops, offering easy access to transportation for those who prefer not to take a taxi, there is a direct bus route available from the airport.

cockroaches!!! at our room... Indoor pool was very bad. Sauna doesnt work, changing room was close. Jakuzi doesnt work. Only water was warm. Breakfast for 5 days all the same...
