If you have a light sleep it's almost impossible to sleep. There is a big noise from the outside (street) and inside (tiles on the floor, not carpet). The bathroom was very old, very rusty. I saw dirty grout in the tiles, and a damaged bath and sink. The kitchenette had a burnt countertop! Breakfast was not great, omelettes were everyday bitter, I think they prepared it not with butter but with olive oil.

definitely do not save the room, in the courtyard smell all the fumes from the kitchen the whirlpool was promised but it didn't work even one day

I recommend an apartment with a terrace with a magnificent view, sun loungers or sitting in the patio for morning coffee or evening stargazing pool we enjoyed the evening always well all services worthy of a 3 star hotel, breakfast excellent cleaning service every day perfect

Lots of noises in the room from machinary during the night especially the persistant buzzing sound. breakfast was not fresh, prepared way before even the scrambled egg changed colour, the person serving breakfast was swearing in Maltese, thinking we did not understand and rude. We could not access the indoor pool because of a class, this should have been explained when booking since the only faculty the hotel has is the pool that we could not use. Cleanliness near the pool area should be given priority.

The room is ok just for sleeping. But it’s not clean at all. Everything seemed very used up. There is rust on the pipes and the toilet paper holder. Also, there was a very large humidity damage on the ceiling above the shower. The towels and the bedding didn’t look clean. The tables in the dining area were completely unlogical. Just long rows of tables so you didn’t have any privacy. The food tasted okay, but we found a couple of hairs on the plates, cheese, and bread

The location is good. It is close to the bus stop and next to some good restaurants. We got extra toilet paper and new towels even if we put on the “do not disturb sign”. The staff is kind.

the plumber responded slowly for the absence of hot water. However, the receptionist was super polite and apologizing .I forgive them 🙂

I heard some construction noises few times, but this is not the hotels fault since the whole country is under constant construction.

I spent also one week in this hotel a year ago… Back then I didn’t really enjoy my stay much, there was several disturbing things. This time it was excellent value for the money paid! The room was much nicer, water pressure was good, everything worked perfectly, the stuff was more than helpful… I felt very welcomed and none of the reviews before me didn’t really make sense to me. It was quiet and nice stay, nobody disturbed me.

We left the property immediately after seeing our room. The bathroom was moldy, the room did bot look anything like advertised pictures and the space felt very uncomfortable and not welcoming. After consulting with the front desk, they did not show any care in us feeling uncomfortable. They asked us to take this matter up with booking.com and that they will grant us a partial refund. This did not happen, and therefore we paid 100% for a stay that we did not have.

The entrance of the hotel is very nice, though the room itself was quite dirty. My friend’s pillow was dirty of mascara even before she slept on it. Also, in the bathroom there was a kind of “fake window”: when we opened it we found another room full of dirty staff like used toilet paper and staff like that.

The location is close to the main pubs and discos.

Hotel is in much worse shape than it is presented on the website and their booking pictures. The first impression of the room is that it looks nice, but then you start discovering how worn out everything is. Instead of shampoo, soap and conditioner they gave us "all in one solution" - pink liquid in the bathroom they told us is good both for washing hands, taking a bath and washing your hair. The towels they gave us for the hotel pool were so old and used too many times that material lost colour and became smelly. The WIFI had good signal but didn't require any password so the second I connected my phone the pop-ups and alerts for viruses started appearing on my screen. The staff is trying their best to keep things clean but the accommodation was not pleasant.

The staff was super nice, helpful and they cleaned our room every day. Breakfast was ok and beds were comfortable.

The rooms didn’t really looked like the photos. We were a group of 8 and we booked 2 family rooms. The rooms were totally different in size and facilities but they had the same cost. We weren’t informed in advance though, and if we were like 2 couples with children it would be really frustrating if we came up with a room with no kitchen at all, even though it would be what we have booked.

It was clean and all the staff members of the breakfast buffet and housekeeping were professionals and really kind to all of us ! It is central located with a super market in a 3 min walking distance.

There was no parking - there is a 'public' parking close by, but paid. There are a few parking spaces around the area, but you have to drive around to find them, as they are often already taken. The room is not well insulated, so you can hear everything outside including people walking down the corridor or talking in the next room. We were advised we should not drink tap water. There was water at breakfast, but no water points in the hotel for you to fill up a bottle. There was filtered water at breakfast, with a sign that you were not allowed to fill up your water bottles there. My partner started noticing bites in her legs and at first did not pay attention, but by the end of our stay, she was covered in bites. We have confirmed with a doctor that these were bed bug bites. We emailed the hotel to inform them, and obtained no reply.

Good location, comfortable bed. Provided towels to take to beach/pool. A lot of options for breakfast - probably our favorite part!

Booking.com failed (apparently) to advise the hotel of our request for a double bed. We were originally allocated a very small room with two singles. The hotel blamed booking.com and moved us to a better room. Very noisy location, not only lively but didn't appreciate bottles being dumoed at 2am. Very grumpy and rude kitchen staff member. And the regular breakfast time and area reduction due to 'functions'. I felt the guests were treated a little as an inconvenience, with the function being the priority.

A complete lack of communication between staff. I had to switch rooms but reception failed to update the system so I was interrupted by a staff member walking in. similar issue with others I’m out party where reception had no idea who was in which room despite being told twice

Very old room We made a reservation for a family room with a double bed and two baby cots and we got a family room with four single bed. My kids are two and 10 months old. After one hour we went to the hotel they bring us the two baby cots but there were with no mattress. Just the base of the cot. When I asked for mattresses they said they don't have and we put quilts and sheets. Also shower was very high on the wall and was very difficult to shower the babies. The kettle in the room had ants inside. Also the street was very busy the whole day and it was very noisy especially during the night. The rooms were not sound proof.
