The only thing that I thought could be better was towel size and amount you got per room, it would’ve have been better if they were bigger and you got some spares. And after or first night, we didn’t get a bath mat again so the floor ended up really wet, with no way to dry it up.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was really good & availability of luggage room was useful. Balcony size was great too.

By the time of our arrival, Olga at the reception was helpful and did her best to make us feel special and welcome. Amazing pool. We had a great time there. Big mattress. Big and clean room. Also Breakfast has a big variety of choices.

Cold water from the tap when washing the face. Dont have a hairdryer after swimming pool (only in rooms) or access to changing rooms (just toilets).

Nothing really! The street it’s on isn’t the nicest, but it’s fine - we did get stuck on the balcony at one point (our fault) but yeah don’t close the door if you’re outside haha

Helpful & friendly staff, Good location (if you want to be in St Julian’s - but was also a good base to explore if you don’t have a car), Buffet breakfast was huge/ lots of variety.

The fitness centre could have more equipment and be bigger, sauna didn't work properly, poor wifi upstairs roof top and it would be good if they opened the downstairs bar and have entertainment

The staff were friendly, the location great was great and you had the option of indoor and outdoor pools.

The balcony door doesn’t lock, and because it’s close to bars and clubs, lots of noise pollution. Really had me bad on my last night, 3 hours only sleep due to the loud music etc… Then building works early hours but I could sleep through it mostly

The pool upstairs should have been illuminated in the evening, it was illuminated as I requested. And the water should be taken care of more by the staff. It was too warm and rather not clean.

The hotel is well located. I felt at ease with my friends, none of the staff was intrusive, there was ease. If someone is not looking for 5 stars and not is nitpicking on nonsense, the hotel is just right to spend time with friends or even family. The pool bar is also nice.

Small, single beds were very uncomfortable, location is right downtown, VERY LOUD - all night long , night clubs directly beneath. Service vehicles service the night clubs very early in the morning, the sound of truck and reverse beeps will be your wake up call

Bathroom could do with update, it was functional but worn. Music at the swimming pool area was very loud and echoed to the rooms via inner court yard allready at 11 am.

Good breakfast and good time for it too. Staff was friendly and location good. Housekeeping good.

The electricity was sometimes going on and off suddenly (i think that the room card that had been inserted was somehow undetected, so the fuse was going down back and forth).

The room was always clean after we came back from our daily trips. Breakfast had anything a person might like and staff was truly proffesional. In my opinion, if somebody wants to sample the nightlife and cuisine of Malta this hotel is a great choice.

Cleanliness could have been better, rooms are a little outdated but the hotel are accommodating if you have a query.

Good for the price in peak season. The staff were extremely helpful including Aldo (my cousin) who was accommodating and knowledgable. Everyone who worked at the hotel showed great customer service. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of options. Pools were good. It does not deserve some of the negative comments online! Well worth the money for what you get.
